Hi mcpsych,
Welcome to your new BMI range - but, don't unpack, 'cos you won't be here very long Keep on, my man (as if you wouldn't ) - those photos won't know what's hit them in another coupla months !! The change so far has already been astonishing - but the best is yet to come, Koh

Re: mcpsych's diary
Wow mcpsych, very well done and I am happy to see there are no hard feelings between the Aussies and the Kiwis on this forum I was reading your post in the " you know you are on Cohens when " and I could not stop laughing. You were talking about risking third degree burns to get that elusive morsel that had jumped out of your pan and had gone down under the element and I really understood. Our portions are just what we need but we are not going to lose one smidgen of them even at the risk of injury. My husband wanted to know what was so funny so I read it to him and he thought it was funny but he didn't understand like us Cohenites do.

Re: mcpsych's diary
I just had to go and get my tape measure to see how much 133cm is, that is absolutely amazing. You have lost the equivalent of an adult female, that is totally mind boggling.

Re: mcpsych's diary
Hi there
Hope you don't mind but you seemed a person I could ask re the following (also posted in my diary). Any help or direction to where I could get some understanding would be appreciated. I am a little concerned re my latest blood test results. Not really sure what they mean and my clinic (I asked them they haven't contacted me) said DR C sees every test and would advise if a concern??????? The clinic also suggested I check with my own GP. Now my GP is a lovely man, but had never heard of the Cohen's Diet and I may be doing him a huge injustice asking on the forum instead of going to him. PROBLEM in the renal function test. UREA (range 3.2-7.7) Feb 4.2, March 4.9, April 5.0 - in range Creatine (45-90) Feb 68, March 68, April 75 - in range (but an increase) eGFR (80-120) Feb 83, March 83, April 74 - dropped below What is eGFR? and any thoughts on the results??? LBx
