Thanks guys for all the great posts. Weight is the same this morning.

Off to go and do my sisters hair this morning she has a RDO and it's my day off. Unfortunately/Fortunately which ever way you look at it I'm to busy at work to do my families hair so they get done when I can on my RDO's they don't complain if they have to wait so it works for me

Also off to see my jeweller about my wedding and engagement rings see about resizing them, I think I might be able to make another ring out of the gold he is going to have to remove!!!!

Have a great day everyone

Let me know how you go with your jeweller Jenny, I need to get mine done too! Maybe he will do us a good deal for both sets of rings!!

Have a great day

Hi Jenny

Sorry haven't been into your diary for awhile but travelling has made it challenging to get on the internet.

Sounds like the lunch gathering has been a real motivator for you. Great ! You have come so far and are doing so well and glad you feel a bit pepped up to finish the journey. As you know you have been one of my motivator's.

How wonderful that you have inspired your aunty, Would loved to have seen the looks on their faces when they saw you.

Keep smiling
Shanara

Hey Jenny - hows your day been?? How did you go with your rings... We all hope to be doing that some time soon. My wedding ring has been stuck on my finger for many many years now and I can hardly remember the last time I wore my engagement ring - something else to look forward to. I have a heap of clothes hanging in my wardrobe for when I lose 5-10 kilos and then after that I will just have to go buy some... So sad.....
Take care, love Rosemary

Today is my 12hr day at work so was hard to post today. Didn't get to weigh so will check in tomorrow.
I had a good chat to my jeweller, they made my rings and I did get them made with quite heavy thick bands, so all is good with the resizing and no problems with stones getting loose or anything like that. Yayy get them back next week...I know I'm still around 7kg out from goal but I think they will be a good size as I would imagine the last of this weight to come off my tummy or some other productive place!!!!! Thanks everyone for stopping by.
Will try catch some diaries tomorrow

Up 300g this morning. No surprise I normally am the morning after my late nights at work. I always eat late and stay awake minimum 2hrs. It's funny I always find when I have an early dinner and leave a few more hours till bed time combined with a good sleep I have a decent drop.
This week seem slow on the scales for me. I have to expect that with all the great weekly drops I have had so far. My body is catching up.....at least it may give my head time to catch up to.
Definately feeling in the zone again which is great Now just to get those scales moving!!!!!

Jenny (PS) Am excited about getting my rings back next week. The jewellers could have a field day with all us "losers"

Fiona, unfortunately not quite enough gold for another ring Oh well may have to find a special reward for acheiving goal!!!!

Shanara, Wow you sound like you are having a great holiday, thanks for dropping by my diary, and for reminding me that I have inspired you on your journey it helps me keep on the straight and narrow

Mette, Thanks for dropping by, I wish I had a million hands to do everyones hair that asks me!!!!!!

Aunty Rosemary, I am so excited for you to get that engagement ring on!!! And get into those clothes. You will be wearing them sooner than you think

Have a great day

Hi Jenny!
It's good when you see what works with the losses and what doesn't.
You are looking awesome, and so happy to hear that you have got your rings resized, it will be great getting them back and being able to wear them again!

Keep up the great work to get those last few kgs off! Apparently they make a huge difference to your shape! And getting your head to catch up with your body has to be a good thing too!

Vee

Well today the scales played games with me and weighed me in at 2 different weights Very different weights. So I am going to try again tomorrow.
This weekend we are away up the sunshine coast for a wedding so my officially weekly weigh will be on monday. We are staying up the coast Saturday night in a fully self contained unit and I am planning on taking all my food as the reception is BYO drinks and nibbles...very relaxed.....suits me!!!!!

Thanks for dropping in Vee and Fi, Fiona I find it easier doing my 12hr days minus 55kg than the small amount of food to eat!!!!!!! I am so busy I hardly get time to eat what I have to anyways

Have a great day...I'm off to work soon it's my morning off....late night again tonight so the scales prob won't like me tomorrow!!!!

Hey Jenny - we must have scales that are relatives of yours - ours do all sorts of weird things but even bought a new set once and it was the same - my theory (and I have many of these) is that its minute variations in the floor and air pressure that make an impact on the readings. But hey, what would I know - maybe scales just have a mind of their own (maybe the first truly intelligent machines ever created).

Cheers - and hope tomorrows readings are a little more consistent. Kay.

Jenny, I haven't visited in quite a while. I'm delighted to see how well you have done. Congratulations. Not long now until the end.

I found that I came close to deviating several times as I shed the last few kilos. I think our minds get ahead of our bodies, and we're already thinking we are done.

Be sure to place your scales on a solid, flat surface and to stand in exactly the same place and at the same angle each time you way. All of those affect the pressure on the pressure points that determine your weight.

Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

Hi Jenny

I just finished reading all of your posts from start to finish, wow what a journey! I am glad I am up to date now and I can read each week!!! You sound like such a busy person, being on your feet all day would be very tiresome. I have a 2 yr old and a 7 month old that keep me pretty busy but I do get to sit a lot of the time.

Your holiday photos look great! Cant wait to hear about the rest of your journey and enjoy reading about those kgs falling off.

Those scales can play up occasionally! I guess it is preparation for when we no longer need to be obsessed with them all the time! Hope you get a definitive reading tomorrow!

It's so close to the end now, for both of us.... but we can make it, no worries!!

Hugz!

Just about to start work, thought I would quickly post. I found out why the scales were a bit "stupid" mentioned it to hubby who confessed to dropping his full lunchbox on top of them....they are always next to the breaky bar in the kitchen. Sooo have not tried them again since the other day and am now going away this arvo till tomorrow arvo. May give them ago on Monday.
Had a little bit of a fight with my inner voices who want to sabotage my efforts yesterday....was feeling very hungry yesterday....I have not felt
that hungry before so much so that I could here my tummy growling...
Unfortunately they got the better of me and I had two extra pieces of fruit I am dissapointed in myself that I could not resist....but the other part of me is glad it only got to eating extra fruit....I did not feel like or wanted anything else, just fruit....weird.
________________________

So heres my line and I will try my hardest to keep on top of these voices this week and monitor my hunger...may speak with the clinic if it continues.

Have a great Australia Day weekend everyone

Hey There Jenny,
What a horrible feeling to be hungry. Your body must be suggesting you are close to refeed. At least you had fruit to combat the growls and not something you would have kicked yourself for. Hope it settles down for you soon.
