Great idea Lilly!

I go for the 2 headache tablets ( stop brain swelling!) when you get home.
AND, now I go for a Gastrolite type drink for rehydration (used to be a Powerade, but too high in sugars & other nasties!)

Seems to work good, sometimes I would hate to think how i would feel if I didn't take these things!!!!
Also keep off ALL carbs the day of drinking & for at least 2 days after. If you are like me and want to eat all day, cook up easy eat protein meals so you can just grab & eat!!

WOW .....Now THERE'S a girl who goes on 'manouvres' once in a while !!!
Church going tee - totaller OBVIOUSLY Shell ???!!!
I'm going to try that no carb thing (if I'm ever allowed to indulge again ).I usually hang for them after a night out ....and the panadol before bed thing might be worth a shot too.
In all truth though, I'm feeling much better without the stuff over the last couple of months (God ....who SAID that ? )
As if Pen doesn't feel bad enough today...she'll come home to her diary having been made a hangover cure chat room.

Panadol before going to bed works everytime with me plus copious amounts of water.

Sounds like you had a good night Pen.

Congratulations

cheers

Hi Lily,

Oh my God ...do you see what the software has edited out
Thanks for the heads up - we beat this particular problem in the old forum - seems we need to get the whips out again. Back there, sanity prevailed - we couldn't even say co@rse without it being changed because it had a "bad four-letter word" in it (hmm, same here eh?). And don't even think of saying c0ckie's cage (I wonder if THAT one will slip through - probably not!!)

But now, we are on new software which probably has a whole raft of "censorship things" we need to re-look at, and to re-apply the same sanity. Just leave this as is - very shortly, it will be corrected, and it will appear as it should be,

Koh

Edited later - thanks to Baloo, required changes have now been made, so the word "coarse" will no longer be "beaten up" by the censor, and neither will "cockie's cage", or "warm the cockles of my heart"......

God you're a handy lil' chap to have around Koh....I was more amused than anything...if you could only SEE how much backspacing I have to do in my posts and 'edit' my language !!! It's a wonder I ever get anything up !! I'm a bit of a wharfie in real life too.....Mr lily has always got this pained wince on his face when we're out like he wishes he had a censorship button....
OOOOhhhh Penelope....big night out coming up tonight...are you scared ???
I'm gonna google some jobs in the top end and do a comparison...might be worth the move for a couple of years !!!! .....MAN you are GOOD at what you do !!!!
LILY
PS...might be in QLD end of next week...if I can steal a car might make it to Brissie...fingers crossed..

Plenty of water with the alcohol and I seem to avoid the hangovers. Abstinence works too, but that's only for those of us still dieting.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.
What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/
Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).
