Re: SHOW PONIES RACE TO THE FINISH LINE
I am utterly delighted that Faithy has now joined in! - and SMS i presume you will add her in somewhere later today? - maybe replace someone who dropped out? or whatever it takes! - now all you other fillies and stallion out there, i bet our Faithy will give you ALL a fair run for your money, and if she only weighs weekly, it makes it more exciting like the BL08, it can all change on "official" weigh in day!
Said it before Irene, will say it again (and Hexi and Penny!!!) you have all had wonderful weight losses in the past 2 weeks or so, (some in the week pre this sprint) of course the scales will stick some days or in Hexi's case go up cos of fluid balance etc! Its NORMAL, NORMAL, NORMAL and all part of the game IF you choose to weigh in daily! J ust remember, there only ever is ONE DAY to stick to the program and that is TODAY! Be the very best all round that you can be today, give no thought for tomorrow etc cos it never comes! Wake up tomorrow and once again you get a brand new day to play the cohen game and have fun with your show pony friends and the other larger cohen community! You show ponies, fillies and stallion, are ALL LEGENDS in your own lives so live today like you are already there! Live into your dream reality NOW, it speeds things up!! |

Re: SHOW PONIES RACE TO THE FINISH LINE
Updated stats for today Tuesday 26 Feb 2008 with the exception of Bibabs & Sharon.
A new pony has entered the fray who like Emma, will be a weekly weigher. Both cannot be considered in contention for the Daily loss leader but are in contention for main race to the end by percentage. Welcome to the track Faithy! Show these fillies how it's done! Unless Bibabs or Sharon come in with a ringer, it looks like Penny & SMS are today's loss leaders with 300g each however, the rest of the field is starting to wake up with Pandora & Nelle show 100g each as well, Hexi on the other hand stopped to graze and apparently forgot to stop grazing! But across the board, it's now a battle between Bibabs and Pandora who are both now on 20.00% followed by Nelle who is continuing to creep up on the leaders. On the non-refeed front it's Bibabs still trying to keep her commanding lead of 20.00% with Nelle with 13.56% with SMS still in 3rd at 12.33%. At the moment 1st, 2nd & 3rd are pretty defined until the ringers check in. The total weight lost leaders are now starting to separate with [color=blue]SMS leading at 1.8kg lost followed by Nelle at 1.6kg & Bibabs with 1.5kg. Good work all! ..............and they're off and running!

Pandora,
It would appear that we were reading each other's minds this morning. You post about adding Faithy and my post with her already added were done at the same time but with the having to do the spreadsheet update as well my post is only a minute after yours. Guess great minds think alike!

Re: SHOW PONIES RACE TO THE FINISH LINE
Hi there
ARGGHHH - I am going to call myself a scratching. I haven't lost anything in ages and I think it is all due to hormones. As I said I have a face full of pimples that are just not going away, so i am going to withdraw from the race - and watch without deviation from the sidelines. I'm not good at having no loss to report so I am better to wait until this hormonal incident passes/ Thanks for including me - I am watching you race to the finish you fine fillies. Cheers Sharon

Re: SHOW PONIES RACE TO THE FINISH LINE
morning all,
sharon it's such a shame to lose you! Perhaps when we get a winner or two on here you could just let us know how you are doing - sort of like on BL where the people that are voted out are still doing it all at home in the hopes of winning that additional prize?! sadly i too have no loss to report this morning but I think it may have been dinner last night. We went out for my mother in laws b'day and while I asked the cook very nicely for just chicken and salad (which is what I got) I think I may have eaten too much of it so finger crossed for tomorrow I swear i drank about 2.5L of water sitting at the table though, and worked my way slowly through a small bottle of diet coke... then the 45 minute car ride home again was hell on the bladder lol anyhow, have a good day, and I will be back on the move tomorrow hopefully, so watch out fillies! nelle xoxo

I've stalled again as well. Will just have to wait it out. We all know it happening. I'm glad I know that inches will go the longer I am stalled.
Will post updates ~2 hours.

Re: SHOW PONIES RACE TO THE FINISH LINE
5 days till I weigh in (Next Monay at 8am) ..... and I cant wait. I feel great AGAIN! I have been 100% all the way and can feel the waist line shrinking.
Even though I am not weighing in daily I still get so much out of reporting in to this thread daily. Sorry that you are a "scratching" losing.. like Nelle said, it would be good if you could keep us posted re your progress. Good luck mate - I hope you can sort this little hold up out soon. Have a great day! em

Re: SHOW PONIES RACE TO THE FINISH LINE
I can't wait for weigh in day.. for me it's Sunday. I just hope the nasties have gone & I get back on track. I've been getting a lot more physical rest these past couple of days & really paying more attention to my water intake. I've also started alternating egg & yoghurt for breakfast & I've changed the veggies I'm having with my lunch & dinner.. hopefully I scare myself in to a massive loss.
My 4 week weigh in is on Tuesday next week & I'm a bit bummed it's not a week later, but so long as I have a loss, it's a loss... I predict it will be a 3 to 4 kilo (more like 3) loss rather than the usual 6 or 7. Bleh!! Oh well, life does throw curb balls at you some times & the stress of moving really had taken it's toll. Wishing all you other gorgeous ponies a wonderful week of success XXX

Re: SHOW PONIES RACE TO THE FINISH LINE
Updated stats for today Wednesday 27 Feb 2008 with the exception of Bibabs & Pandora.
We've had a drop-out with Sharon/losing dropping to the sidelines where she will still remain deviation free but will only be a spectator. Unless Bibabs or Pandora come in with decent losses, it looks like Penny & Hexi are today's loss leaders with 100g each however, the rest of the field has stopped to graze or chitchat It's still a battle between Bibabs and Pandora who are both now on 20.00% followed by Nelle. On the non-refeed front it's Bibabs still trying to keep her commanding lead of 20.00% with Nelle with 13.56% with SMS still in 3rd at 12.33%. At the moment 1st, 2nd & 3rd are pretty defined until the ringers check in. The total weight lost leaders are now starting to separate with SMS leading at 1.8kg lost followed by Nelle at 1.6kg & Bibabs with 1.5kg. ..............and they're off. But most aren't running! Giddy-up girls! Update: Pandora checks in also with a 100g loss there for a 3-way tie for loss leader for today. This also puts her across the board into 1st place with 22.86% with Bibabs now in 2nd place. However, as Emma & Faithy won't have any stats until their weigh-ins this weekend they may just race by us!

Re: SHOW PONIES RACE TO THE FINISH LINE
Sorry i am late fellow ponies! Another 100 grams to record OFF for me today, slow and steady as they say! Come on any ponies who didnt lose today, chins up! its just (as i keep saying!!!!) this daily weighing that is screwing with your heads AND also the fact that you are all of you so so close to goal, of course it can slow down, give your beautiful and marvellous pony bodies a chance to melt away the flab, after all, you dont want fast weight loss at this stage at the expense of LOOSE SKIN! Fat absorption takes TIME!
Anyway, show pony Irene, have a fab time in Tassie babe and make sure to fix up a dress up party date after you get back or the clothes will have to go to the salvos as they will all be too big for skinny little YOU! Sorry to lose show pony Sharon. Remember Sharon you are very close to goal anyway, have been stable (not in the stable!! ) for about one year now, so your in a different category etc, so just keep in touch and update yr own diary etc! I am staying put here as "someone" has to keep a close eye out for any misdemeanours (?) whatever the word is!! Until tomorrow ..... |

Re: SHOW PONIES RACE TO THE FINISH LINE
Morning guys, guess I am taking a bit of a breather...Still no loss. But I swear I can feel centimeters disappear. Pants I wore last week, and they were a really nice bit, are baggy this morning. Is that possible?? Pity I never measured myself at the start. So don't trot ahead too fast remember your hair will get messed..slow down.... ONly joking. Well done on the losses. See ya tomorrow.

Re: SHOW PONIES RACE TO THE FINISH LINE
Yeh the cm thing is possible - I have noticed when I have a slower week I get good cm's like around8cm then on a good week weight wise itt can be only 3cm! AT the end of the day - it really is the cm (shinking) that we want...I think it is too easy to focus on 'weight'
