Yes,
I even cut my toenails in hope of reaching the 16kg loss (next milestone) that has been eluding me... but to no avail!
Oh well, maybe tomorrow!

I know... when you put it like that.
I really struggle to carry Amy around the supermarket these days, and she's a bit under 14kgs!
My arms, back, neck and knees are killing me, even after a short visit - so who knows how I used to lug around that extra 16kgs and not complain (about the 'feeling' of weight I mean)... Of course, I always complained that clothes wouldn't fit, I looked like a wharfie etc etc
Thanks for popping in. How are you today?

Great actually! Had a great chat to Justine and feel 100% better. Have been 100% today, and feel good. Hmmmmmmm....me thinks I may have said that before......

Justine helped me have an epiphany this afternoon, which was great. It was great to speak to someone who has been successful at Cohen's.

I may law low for a while, and just manage the 100% challenge. I will just focus on getting me across a few personal goals and hurdles in the next 7 days and 14 days respectively.

So wish me luck - and I'll be talking to you next Tues at 8:30 for sure.

OK - it's official. I am now in the 50's... only just, but there nonetheless.
It's an amazing feeling, as I haven't been here since 2004, pre overseas trip, pre baby, and pre boredom induced overeating...
Anyway, still gunning for a big loss this week with 100% commitment, and reaching my refeed ordering weight (58kgs or under) by 25th Nov.
No time to post in others' diaries today (sorry) - am running out the door again. But be back sometime over the weekend.
Hope everyone has a successful few days... looking forward to Monday

Wow, just a week before you're likely to hit your refeed ordering weight. This is very exciting news! Come join the party in refeed land!

Come on Ruby - weigh in day today. Just because I am in refeed land doesn't mean you can keep me in suspense!

HaHaHa
Yes, Monday was traditionally my weigh-in day, but of late we have just been so busy first thing on Mon morning, that I've been leaving it til Tuesday to do the stats.
A total loss of 1.1 kg for the week. So weight now at 59.4 kg. More impressive this week though was the cm's lost; 7cms. This is the most in ages.
Comparing with where I was at last week:
10/11 18/11
Chest : 92 89.5
Waist : 74 72
Hips : 92 91
Arm : 29 27.5
Thigh : 50 50
Calf : 35 35

So, am still willing myself downward, so that I can drop my next 1.4kgs and order refeed by the end of next week (my current mini-goal).
Not much else to say, other than keeeeeeep going... & thanks to everyone for popping in.
Ruby

Thanks Ella belle,
Yes, have to be happy with a 1.1kg loss at the end of week 14... esp when the past 4 or 5 weeks have been annoying little 500 or 600g losses each week.
Have really got head down and bum in air working hard at shifting my last 1.4kgs of "pre-refeed" weight
Am thinking that adding EXTRA water (now back up to drinking about 4 L per day) has helped..?

I always find that the water helps the results on the scales Yea, this week has been my smallest loss at 700g and it is a little disappointing when you go from seeing 1.2/1.4kg etc. Every little bit add's up though

You are going to be re-feeding in no time! How exciting

You are so close mate. Head down bum up, and you will get there.

I am not sure I realised you are a coeliac...my family all have it (mum, 2 x brothers), not me though..had the bowel biopsy to check a couple of years ago.

I suspect I may have a sensitivity to bread though...I wonder if this is possible given my family history.

1 or 2 more weeks and a haircut and another toenail clipping and you will be over the line love.
