It'll be a race to the finish hey Sharon!!!

I have to admit, it's really nice to go through it......albeit again, with someone. It helps during those hard times of temptation or just when life is insane, which, is pretty much all the time!!!

Hey col .....today was a little tough for me.....went to the beach and thought i would just have a late lunch when we got home - say about 2.00pm ,,,,,,well didn't walk in the house till 4.00pm and was starving,......i hate the flat feeling i get when i am well past 5 hours.....but it does really help to know that i have such a good friend helping me all the way.....

actually have been feeling pretty blah all weekend and abbey is throwing up everywhere...has been since we pulled up at the beach.....so i hope i don't have the tummy bug that she has..(and hope no one in your house gets it from seeing her friday night)

It is a little hard to be a supportive mum to a sick child ON MOTHER"S DAY and be starving at the same time through nothing more than a lack or organisation on my part.......have not long had dinner so am going to try and stay awake for another 2 hours.....lucky there is a heap of washing to do!!!

Hope all the mums had a great day and no one gave you chocolates!!!!

He he, no chocolates that god.

Hope abs is ok soon, so revolting with the throw ups, oh how I hate the vomits, we all do.

Sorry your mothers day turned out like that, doesn't it make you realise how much we sacrifice for our kids??

I know how the whole late lunch thing doesn't work out, i try to stay vigilant on that one and take my food everywhere, but you heard about my difficulties last thursday and I have to say, only having 2 meals for that day made me feel very weak and tired, no energy etc for ALL the next day. I finally felt back to normal by yesterday, but it takes a while for your body to recover from the extra 'shock' of missing one of your very precious meals!!!!

Hope you stayed awake ok!!!

Oh, Sharon, I hope you're not getting what I've had, it was the worst strep throat I've had in years, maybe I'm too run down, but I am only today really starting to drag myself around. I've kind of looked like something the cat dragged in.......that's a nice image hey???

Well done for your 600g drop, that is a big one. Do you often get the shakes when you have those big drops?? I don't ever remember having that at all. Maybe I'm just too oblivious!!

Why do you think the egg was difficult to get down??? Are you getting sick of eggs and need a change to melted cheese on toast for brekky for a while???? Or is your throat sore and anything hurt going down????

Will have to catch up soon......I'm missing my BFF!!!

Hey Col - missing you too....soon will be able to have a long black together on my way to the shop-----YEAH!! We'll do some business development together!!!!
I often get shakes and crampy legs when having a bigger drop....don't know what it is - but this morning I felt very yukky and egg just wasn't what i wanted to eat...actually didn't want anything...

Still feeling poorly tonight - like day's work is about all i can manage..

We make a good pair at the moment....has to get better from here!!!!

you haven't updated your ticker for a while - have you not weighed lately while you have been sick...

No, haven't weighed for 2 weeks now, so nothing to update yet.......I always retain fluid when sick so I can't bear to get on the scales and know I'm going to get bad news.

But I'm feeling smaller at the moment, clothes are a little looser and my collar bones are now showing.........

Not sure yet if it'll be a good loss or just cm, but I guess, in the end who really cares......either way, I'll get there I suppose.

Hope you feel better soon. It'll be great to have you pop in for a coffee and a gossip before going into the shop. Will be great.

I hope you're not getting sick, sometimes it's slow to come on, take it easy and don't work too hard for the next week or so!!!!!

Sounds like you need a bit of a holiday???

So I haven't written for some time...I am still chugging along..although weight loss is a little slow - 11.3 kg in 12 weeks..can't complain but am a bit impatient....blood test tuesday..

Am hoping for a drop tomorrow and am currently watching my daughter and her 6 friends eat rubbish at her birthday sleepover - the only tempting thing is the strawberries...i dipped these in chocolate and must admit that they are a weakness for me...lucky the girls also love them and they were gone very quickly.

About to get pizza delivered (am big on easy kids parties!!)

Hope to have a drop tomorrow as I am a little tired of the 60's and want to get into the 50's once more...

Still aiming for 48kgs so have a long way to go yet but think i will be finished within my contract so all good.

Have a great nite..

You know Sharon you ought ask koh of he can move your diary to the personal diaries section instead of completed.......

I assume you must not have started a maintenance diary???!!!

I reckon your losses are slower because you're already so little........and unlike me, the kilos have kind of gradually crept on.............not in a short space of time like a pregnancy!!!!!!! The good thing about it being within a pregnancy is that it at least is a finite time frame so it goes on quickly and good news is that it's coming off fairly quickly too!!!!!

Default Second time round after 27kgs lost and tummy tuck

You are right Col I should change to a current diary but wouldn't have a clue how to do it.....if Koh can do it i will have to ask him.

Just really craved salt and pepper squid and a beer for dinner.....i guess Mark's curry mince will keep these cravings at bay...

Am not struggling with the food - as a second time rounder i know that just has to keep plodding along and time will take away the weight.....and as much willpower as i have with that i just wish i could only weigh once a month as the stalling at certain weights is really doing my head in.....i went down 100g overnight and am creeping, creeping closer to 60kgs,,,,,,bring it on!!!!

Love, you can do monthly weights, what have you got to lose????? Ok bad joke, but seriously, take it from one who's presently undertaken that strategy, it really does emancipate you.........impressive word hey?????

I mean that for me it makes me feel free and I'm so not stressing about the scales.

You should do it.

I'm pretty sure you can't move your own diary but koh can jump in here........hint hint........or if he doesn't see it I'd try PM to him.

That sort of stuff has to be done by an administrator.......well I think so anyway

Hi Sharon,

Re this :-
Quote:
You know Sharon you ought ask koh of he can move your diary to the personal diaries section instead of completed.......
I'd like to leave your earlier journey in "Completed" - but, there are two other possibilities....

1. Start a Maintenance Diary - once you start a thread, I can then move these later posts into it (they'll be in chronological order, so you tell me which post # to start with..... probably #209, when you re-started in Jan this year?).

If you start it, it'll have your name against the thread - if I start it, it'll have my name there

or

2. Start a "restart Diary" in the New Diaries area. Again, I can move posts from this Completed one into that one. Once done, it can immediately be moved to Personal, as you were Approved long ago.

Whether you go for 1 or 2 really comes down to your preference. See, some prefer to have ALL of their Maintenance journey in one place (Maintenance Diaries) - a bit like this Diary here. In that case, chose "1".

Others prefer to "start again" once they come back to tune-up - specially if they have bought a new program. In that case, they should use "2". This then becomes a little "disjointed" as they then (might) do another Refeed Diary, then back into Maintenance.....

Which one do you think works best for you?

Koh
