Hi LGS and M&N - thanks for your lovely support guys.

Still going slowly but down to 82kg, so 6 kgs to go. Having probs updating my ticker though.

It's a daily battle at the moment and I just read a few diaries and there seem to be a few people that struggle on the home run. I have to keep focussed. I've been walking a bit and I think that's making me hungrier.

Small pants now getting too big so I'm going to battle through to refeed and buy new jeans then. Isn't summer going to be so much more fun as a minime!!

Wow Panda, so close now. I am definitely looking forward to summer this year too. May even venture into our pool - haven't been in it for a few years now so that will be nice.

Stay focussed, keep up the great work and you will be in refeed before you know it.

hey Panda!

I have been on struggle street for a few days/weeks then suddenly today.... easy peasy. No cravings no hunger just like the old days.

Cant put it down to anything in particular - altho it is 10kg club tomoro and the thought of one of ladybirds whippings kinda puts me off my food (lol!). So just to say keep plugging along and it might get easier again.

Here's hoping for you.

Hi dear Panda, you are doing well and yes it is a struggle but so worth it.Great news on your needing smaller clothes yet again ! Me too, I looked in a ( well several ) shop window yesterday and my trousers looked so gross.I haven't had them long and they were quite expensive and now they are awful but who's complaining? Not me and not you either !! Koh has observed that 6 kgs is a dress size so go you !!
Talk to koh about your ticker problem, he is good at fixing things on a computer. Have a lovely day. XXX

Thanks girls for visiting, another 0.5kg today so down to 81.5. It definitely made a difference when I dropped the wheat crackers and moved to rice cakes - my weight started moving again. I'm off to report to the 10kg tough love club - hanging out for one of 'em stars mumchum keeps for the BIGGEST WINNER OF THE WEEK! Also week 24 for me today so reporting into the clinic. Weight loss now averaging at 1kg a week - not bad for week 24 really, as only a few kilos to go. I have no complaints.

Hi M&N and Andrea- thanks for visiting and for your support. I've been AWOL for the past week so looking forward to catching up on everyone's diaries and progress.

I've been flat out and it really helps with weight loss - I now have 3 kgs to go. I feel like a fat burning machine - bit scary really. I might have to cut back on the caffeine or something.

I'm now starting to see bits of my anatomy I didn't even know were there, and it's a bit frightening to find hard bits of thigh/hip with not a trace of fat on it. I remember diary entries where people close to refeed talk about feeling gaunt and I think I'm getting into that space.

Fingers crossed I can get this finished successfully and get into refeed so that I can retrain my body on healthy eating for life.

Oh yes, and my feet have SHRUNK as everyone predicted. Really nice. I like it. And with the late spurt of weight loss I'm back to feeling cold all the time. That must be a sign of fat burning for me.

And finally discovered the most amazing yoghurt in the universe (well I think so) Barambah 99% fat free. I contacted them and there is no inulin, it is pot set and it tastes like heaven with a little sweetener in it. I'm hooked for life and I've dumped my egg breakfasts for the duration.

Hi M&N and L'Il Doll, sorry haven't been on to say hello and thanks for popping in and supporting me! Busy busy times and also children who want my PC! So not much chance for me to hop on the forum these days.

Weight is dribbling down. I put batteries in my digital scale as I will need that for refeed. It weighs 3 kgs heavier than the scale I have been using. I will use that for refeed but stick with my old one as that had my start weight etc on it. If I'm not starving and showing signs of refeed, I'll just keep going till I do - that's the plan....

I wonder how everyone else is feeling at this stage? I'm feeling a bit slack, unfit, and kind of, well "melting" like the Wicked Witch of the West. But I feel so well and I'm loving fitting into a size 12!! Haven't done that for a long, long time. I'm getting a bit psyched out by compliments - bit too much attention for my liking and trying not to let it affect my wobbly old brain and subconscious! But that will pass and we'll all get used to it.

Hey Panda

You are going great guns by the sounds of things and size 12 is so exciting isn't it?!
I think that is a realistic dress size for us taller people and I don't even think my bone structure would let me go much smaller without looking unwell.

Not far to refeed now especially at the rate you are going. Look forward to seeing you in maintenance. Yipee!!!
