Re: Deelight Diary
fantastic Interesting info re crackers and fruit - seems there are some very differing opinions which is confusing and a shame as the last thing we want is to jepodise our d'free entry to refeed LB x

Quote "So tried on the size 12's and alas they are miles too lose. No way - size 10 in pants!" Alas indeed, woe is me FANTASTIC Deelight ! So pleased and proud of you
Thank you too for telling us no top ups before re feed, good to know in advance so there are not mistakes made to upset the re feed plan. Good news too to know the re feed plan is good for 8 weeks before starting if need be. Have a wonderful day wee skinny fudge walker, you are going to flit along the tracks like a beautiful wee butterfly. |

Re: Deelight Diary
Hey Narelle, Not good about being so ravenous, wonder if that will happen to all of us. Hopefully by reading diaries of those already starving to death we can get some good pointers. I'm not a good camper when Im hungry thats for sure. Steak for brekky definately sounds good.
Please put up some pics of yourself. We havent seen any at all. You posted MC's but you didnt post yours LOL. Its amazing looking at the transformation in people. Have a good unstarving weekend. Bronnie |

Re: Deelight Diary
Hey you gorgeous lady!
So after last night, and your beautiful message, I decided I'm not letting things get me down.. I am that fighting spirit and whatever comes my way, I'll get through it! The old NIX would have hidden away, crawled into bed, stopped eating, isolated herself and cried about how unfair life is! BUT this is a new NIX... a STRONG Nix.. a NORTY Nix and one who knows that eating is important, who knows that loved ones are essential and one that knows a bit of fun, well it is the spice of life! SO here I am... giving out some diary LOVE and supporting those new people in my life who support me too! Thanks for boosting me up, thanks for supporting me and most of all thank YOU for BELIEVING in me! xoxo

Relax grasshoppers - Narelle is still around :-
http://newyouforum.com/forum/showthread.php?p=282449#post282449 Maybe she is giving so much elsewhere, she forgets she has a diary... Anyway, it will all be good, I'm sure - this is one lady on a mission, from what I see.... Koh

Re: Deelight Diary
Start date: 04/02/10 -18WEEKS today ! !
Start Weight: 86.7kg Todays Weight: 64.5 kg 22.2kg GONE ! To all my lovely visitors – a huge thankyou, its such a treat to get visitors. Well BB you wanted an update – here it is. Epic posting..... Ladybird: Your a hoot, so looking forward to doing refeed and maintenance with you. I see you have slipped right on past the good Dr Cohens goal range for you . What a woman..... obviously a kiwi.... ha M&N: Hello skinny fudge walker – I see you are scooting down the track closing in on us at the door of refeed. Go my friend Go..... Bronnie: Have been looking at the photos that I can put up, also took some new snaps with my new outfits. Very cool. Shall endeavour to get them up tonight- ha cant rush these things you know!! I had them lined across my computer screen and could not believe it even in myself. Amazing Dr Cohen Jlou – I suspect as M&N said – you have been off having your steel caps shined ready for refeed adventures. Dont bother trying to outrun Ladybird and me – its not going to work. Bumblebee: Cant wait to meet you BB. You are coming to our Brisvegas get together aren’t you. And just look at you – so close to double digits now. Way to go.. My buddy Am. Keep on keeping on my friend. You can do it and you know we are all cheering you through and over every obstacle. Beautiful little Miss Nixy: My younger hero – The old chinese philosophy “ knock down 7 get up 8” You cant keep a good man down. Obviously you are one of the special ones who just decides to shatter every obstacle and take control of ones life. Your my favourite little Champ and I am happy to be one of your cheer squad. Koh: ha ha – Yep you better believe I am on a mission to completion. Its a commin, better hurry up though cause I feel the hungries a comin again. Not to dramatic yet though. Still pursuing. And of course my ultimate favourite – Mum Chum. Trust you to pick up on this. Ha, Well I have to share my surprise. Saturday morning – woke late as I always try to on weekend. Go into walkin robeand there is an envelope for me on my draws. Hubbies way of saying “yahoo you little beauty – are you looking hot or what? So anyhow, the envelope reads something like " to acknowledge my hard work in looking good cetra something to spend on clothing or beauty – receipts required". And within the envelope is a wad of notes. To say I was stocked was an understatement. Wander happily downstairs for breakky and open the fridge door – there is another envelope and on the front “more of the same – same rule applies” (as in receipts required) and within another wad of notes. I was / am so excited. The sales are on and I have had a lovely time getting myself clothes that fit and look good. I cant imagine I will shrink too much more now and even if I do I wont be by another size. I don’t desire to be a bag of bones. Just trim taught and terrific so it was most timely for him to even think of that. I was VERY impressed. Lovely....... So as you can see I have had a beaut week. Hungries come and go at the moment, food plan going to plan – possibly the only thing lacking is the amount of sleep. Always seems to be a struggle for me. Have read over refeed a number of times and have started to get a few stocks ready. I think I am excited, I’ve already bought the bikkies like only a packet of, believe it or not “teddybear“ biscuits which I love and cant wait to have my ONE biscuit on like day 12....... ha ha - thought I should get prepared now. ROFL. Well thats it from me. Signing out - one happy camper. Cant wait to be graduating now Nights Narelle

Re: Deelight Diary
This is awesome Narelle ! I saw what you wrote before but didn't like to ask what it meant so was real pleased when Mum Chum did as sisters are allowed to eh! If it is okay with you I will let MY hubby read this post of yours It just might inspire him to do something similar.
Thanks for your kind comments on my progress, I am in a very relaxed place at the moment. Anxious for you again now that the hungeries are returning and as I said in the 10 kg club to you I am right behind you to support you in whatever way I can. |

Re: Deelight Diary
Oh Narelle what a lovely hubbie, and what a super surprise. What fun you are going to have getting your new and "styly" co-ordinated wardrobe together. Don't forget to put a little something aside for the lycra running shorts and tiny tank top for the stadium entrance.
I can visualise the whole stadium rising as one to see we middle aged sex kittens jogging in - looking something like Richard Symons (can't remember his last name, but you will remember him - the crazy fitness freak with a head band and affro from the 70's??) LB x

Re: Deelight Diary
Isn't shopping for the lil clothes fun? Sounds like your hubby is definitely a keeper. I think mine has lost the plot, just about ready to kick him to the curb. And I am supposed to be the damaged fuit loop!!
I got my remote area payment from work and blew nearly all of it on new clothes, I was like a woman posessed, hehe, but gee it felt good. And nearly being tax time, well that is just another reason to hit the shops. I guess I had better save some money for the summer wardrobe as well. The winter wardrobe is pretty darned impressive atm. Enjoy your shopping, you so deserve it after all you hard work.
