Funnily enough I seem to have lost 0.9kg since Friday this week - very odd! The wierd thing about this diet is that there's either do it right or not with no doing "better" etc. and there is really nothing you can do to make it come off quicker. You just have to stick to it and trust to fate and Santa.

About to try to upload some pictures.

The "fat" one was Cohens Day 1. Looking really fed up as was pretty depressed I'd let myself get to that state.

The "less fat" one was taken on Saturday night - couldn't get my son to keep out of the photo so took the whole family.

I don't know what's happened this week.

I've been doing exactly the same as always, no deviations (as usual). I've been losing 1.2kg per week most of the time. I weighed myself this morning and.........

.......drum roll.......

I lost 1.7kg!!!!!

I just wish I knew what I'd done right so I could do it again.

Summary:

Week 1: 5.1kg, 8cm gone
Week 2: 1.7kg, 4cm
Week 3: 1.6kg, 8cm
Week 4: 1.2kg,8cm
Week 5: 1.5kg, 3cm
Week 6: 1.2kg, 3cm
Week 7: 1.4kg, 0cm
Week 8: 1.4kg, 7cm
Week 9: 1.3kg, given up measuring as I'm so crap at it. Clothes sizes are getting smaller, that'll do me!
Week 10: 1.2kg,
Week 11: 1.2 kg
Week 12: 1.4kg
Week 13: 1.2kg
Week 14: 0.5kg
Week 15: 1.2kg
Week 16: 1.7kg
Total: 24.8kg

It just goes to show that you just have to trust to fate and santa and JUST DO IT.

Had a very interesting session on Tuesday morning with a friend who made me try on her clothes to see how they looked. Very interesting in that a lot of things (and colours) I would never have tried looked potentially very good. Big muffin top problem though! Does that go when you get to goal? Or does it only go when you start to exercise afterwards?

Also had the joy of trying on UK size 16s in Marks and Spencer and finding they were too big!

Next week should be a big week. Hopefully it'll be 4 stones lost, less than 2 stones to go, and 2/3 of the way there. And all in 4 months.

Bloody amazing diet, this.

Thanks Narelle.

But I'm confused.

Your avatar and Mum Chum's looks like the same person. Or is it just someone famous I don't recognise?

Isn't it just, I'm never really tempted. I went to a staff meeting on Wednesday and everybody else stuffed their faces with greasy fried foods. I happily ate my chicken salad without a care in the world!

Ha - only Mum Chum was born 4 years ahead of me. Funny you should notice, we are alike but I wouldnt say the same yet many people do say that. Cant imagine how much trouble we will be in when we are at the same weights. What a hoot hey?

Dont ya just love the Cohen results - like you say "bloody amazing diet this" to this day I am still gobsmacked.

Never fail to be amazed that I am still going and the scales are still decreasing. Awesome.
