Hey Shell,

Hopefully you are feeling a bit less blah today and the headache is gone for good.

I love my sleep...I wish I had more time to do it...could speed things up in the weight loss dept...not that I'm complaining.

Hope you are enjoying your weekend.

Cindy

Thank you everybody

Down 400g today!

Only 200g to get to have lost 50kg!!!!!

That might have been why I wasn't feeling 100%.
Can't complain only had a couple of days feeling like that the whole time I have been on the program, I was lucky and didn't get any headaches or detox problems at the start either.

Feeling amazingly good today, didn't wake until 7am this morning, usually been waking at 5ish!!
Must have needed the extra sleep

Still not feeling hungry and hoping for some good losses, at this the business end, like Hexi and Cindy
Hope everybody has a great day!!
Shell

Thjat's a great drop Shell. You would think the weight would come off more slowly when your near your goal but it doesn't seem like it does it.

Did you ever think you would be saying "only 200gm to have lost 50kg"

What an amazing effort.

Cheers
Tuti

Thanks Hexi,
I hope the shove works tomorrow!
200g is all I need

Had a good day today, made cup cakes for the girls at work, glad sweet food doesn't bother me!
Also washed my filthy black car this morning, it was starting to look brown, now it's nice and shiny again !
Still not getting hungry, Sunday at home is the hardest day because I am watching the clock usually, not too bad today.

Hope everyone has good losses tomorrow, I am sure hoping

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.
What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/
Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

50 kg GONE FOREVER !!!

35 WEEKS or 245 DAYS
1.42kg a week average !!
.204g a day average

Thank you for all the "shoves"

So didn't think I would have made it today, milestone's seem to make you wait a bit longer

I AM SO HAPPY!!

Now it is a matter of time to wait until I start to get hungry, then I know I am at my natural weight.
My low end Cohen's goal is 58kg which is still 3kg away.

I am worried people (Mum) will think I am being obsessive, but I know I am not there yet-with the hunger, & want to do it properly.
When I txt her this morning to tell her I had lost the 50kg, she txt back & said "I should be happy now"
Like I wasn't already!!

Any opionions would be appreciated
Have a great day
Shell

My opinion ......YOU are a legend!! 50kgs in 35 Weeks

Shell YOU decided to start Cohens, YOU have done all the hard work, and YOU will know when you need to start refeed.

It is repeated on this forum that refeed is so important so you need to be happy with where you are at.

I feel really quite skinny now and get a bit of a shock when I see my body in the mirror but I am not hungry either so I have decided to wait until I am hungry and start the next day. I am the same as you I want to do it properly.

Cheers

Tuti

Hey Shell

THE BIG 50 GONE WHAT AN ACHEIVEMENT

You must be feeling like a STAR what am I talking about you ARE a STAR!

Don't worry about what others are saying...I totally agree with you about wanting to get this part right and that is to wait til our bodies tell us we have reached a metabolic equilibrium...when we get hungry. I think thats how we can really maintain our weight post Cohens - I firmly believe that refeed is the CRITICAL part of this program...we have to get it right

Thank you very much everyone for all your support and well wishes, it means alot to me

I am glad I can be an "inspiration" to others on this magnificent journey, as you will be to others in return when you get there!

As Oprah says- "PASS IT FORWARD"

Starting to get a bit hungry today and still have 45 minutes till lunch, had steak for breakfast as well.

Might be getting to my natural weight

Have a great day
