Just a big happy hushpuppy  I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed... And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!

Thanks for dropping by my diary the other week...took me a few pages to find you now that cohens forum world has exploded! I read a couple of your posts when you had visitors and the dipping into vino & cheese...the month of may was bit like that for me with visitors and trips away...but we know the 'terms of engagement' for cohens so it is good to see your still kicking along nicely...man you are so close to the end goal - stay strong! Have a good trip away with the fam....Moe
