Re: Woey's Diary
Thank you all!
Had a tough week have been away for work, very unexpected but emergency none the less, that is what happens when factory and offices are not in the same location. I did the best that I could with the situation I was in and managed not to deviate, I just ate very simple foods like tuna and salad, thank goodness I brought my kitchen scales. Back to it today and back to drinking water as I haven't had that much over the last couple of days

Re: Woey's Diary
Thanks Sez
Wow it has been a while since I last posted, just been really busy, so much is going on in my life. I don't know where to start. I guess it all started with a trip away with work and being away from home really got to me, I went for a trip up to our factory. Lets face it the guys up there are far from being nice and don't see us in the best of light as we are not "one of them". Anyway things got prety nasty the last day I was there, I know that I have a lot to loose still and I know that i am overweight I am the first to admitt it, and no matter how thich I think that my skin is I guess some commets really hurt. Lets just say that the guys up there were less than nice and left me feeling like crap. I got through the week of being up there deviation free and should have been proud of myself because of that but I started thinking what is the point of doing this as it isn't making any difference, and all sorts of feelings of self doubt crept in. The main thing is that i resisted the temptation to eat away my worries realising that I would be just adding to them if I turned to eating. I have had a tough week at work and I guess that I have just had a down week on top of that. I feel as though I have come out of this last week and a bit so much stronger and have learned a great deal about why I used to eat and why I take comments like that to heart. It was a great eye opening experience that I have now moved on from stronger than ever. On a positive note had my weigh in last week (week 3) and had lost another 4.2kg and 10.5cm so that made me feel great. Only two days til my next weigh in so i will see how that goes. Chloe

Re: Woey's Diary
Hi Chloe,
Great to hear from you. Firstly congrats on your loss for last week, it was well deserved. You poor thing sounds like you have had a tough week. But what courage you show by sharing with all of us, thankyou. I am saddened to read that you got nasty comments, are these the guys in the factory in qld ( I have to admit they can be quite cruel since I have been up there myself). But I am so proud of the strength you showed by fighting the need for deviating, you really have come a long way Good on you! Make sure you remember to update your ticker. And all the best for your weigh in on Sat Sezi |

Thanks Sez,
Been another busy week, there doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day and I am struggling to find the time to get on and catch up with how everyone is doing, I try to read as much as i can and I draw a lot of strength and inspiration from reading everyones diaries. Weighed in over the weekend and lost another 3.2kg YIIPPEE.

Re: Woey's Diary
Hi Chloe...
Wow - you are doing an amazing job! 18.2kg loss is fantastic - and given the hurdles you've had to jump in the past few weeks you should be proud of your acheivments... Don't take any notice of those boys in Qld... how sad for them that the only way they can feel good about themselves is to denigrate someone else... I've learnt that every communication by a person is usually a reflection about themselves - therefore if they are saying nasty things to you then its more about them and their lives than it is about you... You obviously have the drive and determination to improve your situation and your self - they are small, irrelevant little boys who have bigger issues than you will ever have... And imagine the look on their faces when you go back to the factory the next time and your a foxy slim stunner and they're still the same hateful impotent men.... Remember that if your life's intention is grounded in love and goodness then this is what the universe will serve up to you. You have lost 18.2kgs for this very reason... its your time to shine and personally I think you are doing that rather convincingly... You go girl! Jackie |

Re: Woey's Diary
Hi Woey,
People can be very cruel, but...most people who are cruel have little or no self confidence and the only way they can feel good is to denigrate others. The best thing about this situation is that you did not sucuumb to their potentially dangerous behaviour and that makes you the ultimate winner in this situation. Even if you were "skinny" I am sure that they would have probably found something that they didn't like as that is what those sort of people do. Walk with your head high...feel and be sexy as you are the only person you have to please...no one else matters as much as you. Have a great week

Re: Woey's Diary
Thnaks Sez and Elle,
I have moved on form their nastiness, I don't go there much well that was my first time, You are right Elle I was the winner in that situation as I learned and grew from the experience and they have remained the same nasty people. Sez, thanks for your comment, I was looking around for you but couldn't see you, afterall there were about 200 people there. I am so proud of myself for coming this far I have to admit I didn't think that I would get this far. Feeling really tired today, am glad though it is cooler today as the house should cool down and I should get a better nights sleep. Chloe

Hi Chloe,
Just popped in to say hi. We have similar weight to loose, I am a bit more at 70 kgs. You have done an amazing job - good on you. I just had my first weigh in today at day 15 and was happy with 5.5 but your results are FABULOUS. Keep up the great work - I will pop back in in a week or so and see how you are doing. Take care Daisy.

Re: Woey's Diary
Hi Chloe
Just catching up with yr diary and wow you are doing VERY well! How many weeks is that, just under 6? with over 25kg gone that puts you up there with the Cohen legends! So 6.3kg to get you into the 90's and over 3 wks left of 2007, i reckon it is a done deal for you girl if you keep up yr 100%'s! And at the same time, it is only a number on a scale if it is 98kg or 101kg on 1st January, dont put too much importance on it cos you will be a 70's chick before you know it! Pandora |

Re: Woey's Diary
Thanks Sezi and Pandora
Been a busy busy week yet again, this week I have been needed at our plant in NZ so I have been here the last 8 days or so, I am really hoping that I get to leave as scheduled on Wednesday but I am not holding my breath. Had a few minor deviations this week all regarding to not drinking enough water and the timing of my meals. This being said my weigh in on Sat I had lost 6.2kg, I almost fell off the scales That is so awesome!!!!! Hope everyone is doing well Chloe
