I've found sometimes that the fizzy gives me stomach cramps, not always and I still have it but try and only have a glass or one can - seems to be the Sprite zero as don't get it with the diet/caffine free coke...just a thought?

I found chewing gum was the culprit. It was soo bad, I've only ever had it once since - and lost a filling. Not worth it for me, but I know its a lifeline for some.

Hi guys! I've been experiencing cramps passed few days...feels like period pains, however I already had them...in fact twice in one cycle!
Then i had the thought...since I only have a couple of kilos to shed, could it be my insides adjusting? As my stomach/belly still has a bit of a fat deposit eventhough it is not a problem area and it does seem flatter than last week? Any insights would be appreciated!

This might be totally unrelated but I had a time over a couple of weeks where I had pains which were like an intense stitch down both sides of my ribs. Like I had been running to hard (as if that was going to happen). Was very uncomfortable but I reckoned it was the insides shifting as the fat disappeared everything had to move and stretch. It only lasted a couple of weeks and I am just giving my experiences but don't hesitate to seek medical advice if its needed

hot wateer bottle + neurofen

Lie on your bed and find a comfortable position. i always fin my side is the best. have a Tv/ computer you can use and try to sleep. No tight undies as this will increase pressure and hurt more

[im tlking about period but if ordinary, parcetamol should do it.]
