I crush mine in a pestle and mortar until almost a flour-like consistency. Then add to either chicken or beef mince for bigger patties works like breadcrumbs. Or season with herbs and spices and create a rub for steak or to thicken gravy. The uses are endless. I don't know where I would be without my crispbread allowance!
