Thanks BB.

Crancky/ Irritable yesterday and didn't sleep well last night. Guess its all just the hormones balancing etc?? (Maybe my TOM ) but just in a mood that i couldn't shake. Feeling bit better today but from what i've seen in other diaries it not that uncommon (?) The meals were really filling yesterday too and had to force myself to finish them.

Day 14 today and halfweigh (sic) to the next blood test and official month weigh in.

I feel a little unmotivated but still going, i realllly wanted a capaccino this morning and am begining to miss some foods, even good ones that we can't have. I've had dreams of mixing proteins (mmmm... chicken bacon and cheese) but am not tempted to deviate.

At lunch yesterday one of the students and his wife had leftover lasange and then made a sandwich with it - yep right between two pieces of white bread. I think i grimaced at the thought of what a carb load it was and the fact that they are not small to begin with.

Anywho, hope you are all well and winning the battle.
Ed

Well that's confirms that you really can put anything onto a sandwich! But lasagne - as if your body would be screaming - yeah put that stuff in here! but you know what though - if that was your thought pattern - you are getting with the program my friend!!!!

Hi Ed - you're doing just fine! Keep it up! Make sure that you have variety in your food + try to make it special and visually appealing - it helps.

Did you take your measurements when you started? Even if the scales are dissapointing, the cm may surprise you nicely - check them out!

Take care!

Brilliant work Ed! Isn't that amazing to think you are a whole (little) person down. Especially when you pick them up and can actually feel how much you've lost - well done mate!

Thanks Gals.
I had a huge deviation last night - soft serve frozen yoghurt in a cone - even halfway through i just knew it was wrong - AND THEN I WOKE UP!
I love these crazy uber-realistic HGH induced dreams, better to deviate in dream land than in reality, as long as those imaginary kilos also diassapear upon waking.
Another 15cm lost this week too so i'm pretty happy with that.
I have a meeting all day tomorrow and a 'bring a plate' type lunch so that may be interesting.
Hope everyone is doing well,
Ed - still 100% deviation free (except in crazy dream land)

What if you took a bowl of natural youghurt to lunch? Or you could do what my sister does and make a dish of your main meal to share - she does stir fry chicken with capsicum, zuchini and spices.

And your cms are amazing - good on you!

Hi Ed

Just read your diary and wow you are doing amazingly. I love the fact that you have lost a whole little person - now that really puts it all into perspective. And OMG the cm's rock. I am only on day 5 and am hoping week 1 weigh in Monday will be nearly as exciting as yours and cant wait for the cm's to drop as well.

Have a fantastic weekend and looking forward to seeing how you are going on this journey

Sorry guys (gals )
Not intentialy mean but it is nice to know there are others that understand and were ready to kick my butt in the right direction had i needed it, heck even if i don't need it there is plenty butt to go around at the moment!

I'll take my normal lunch tomorrow (meat strips and salad with crackers - yum) and avoid all that offer cake etc.

Welcome Sammie - good luck on your week 1! Even if the scales dont say as much (little?) as you like the cm's will suprise you. I havn't lost anything off my arms yet, mostly chest, gut, and thighs.

Welcome WellFit - Okay, no more tricking, even unintentional.

When i looked into HGH apparently 'vivid' dreams are aside effect so the more the merrier i say as long as that means the kgs are falling fast.
Have a good weekend everyone, Ed

Well you're doing well EQ. I really enjoy fetta, although I'm starting to notice the salt in it more and more as I'm reducing my other salt intake. I can understand why we're only permitted to eat it no more than 3 times a week. Apart from that I also have an intolerance to dairy (hopefully that'll pass the further into the program I go).

Keep it up EQ. I'm just a couple of weeks ahead of you.

Hi Ed,

I just cooked my B'fast. I made like lil zuccini slices (5 of them, they are patty cake size). I put grated zuccini, chopped onion, ch. mushies and some ch. tomato ( I will probably end up with an ulser from the tomato But I thought , what the hell, it will taste nice) I also added pepper, tiny amount of salt and some garlic granuals, oh and some parsly. I will let you know how they taste. They smelt yummy and I wanted to try them tonight, LOL, but I have to wait.
Hope you figure something out for you breaky.

Thanks All.
Apparently "increased sense of humour" is another side effect of increased HGH.
DW says i'm funny enough now, a real riot. I may have to slip her some HGH pills...

Jazzi - with an egg? i went outside from the meeting and had my lunch on saturday while the others were stuffing their faces with cakes and slices.

I boiled some eggs the other night so for a change from yoghurt breakfast has been boiled egg with cucumber and tomato - DW says it wouldn't feed a flea but it'll do me.

Foods have been tasting different lately, not just Yum that was a nice apple but gee this apple tastes like mango, and i swear a glass of water tasted like steak and mashed potato last night. Hmmm... may just be my mind playing tricks or the tastbuds are saying 'hell if this is it then lets make it taste nice just to screw with him'
Either way between the 'dreams' and screwy tastes i don't know why people do drugs when they could get addicted to Cohens.
Cheers Me'dears, Ed

Ha, Ed I WISH my water tasted like steak and mashed potato - you're on to a good thing there!

Good on you for leaving the room and eating your lunch. Sounds like you are going great guns. Keep it up!
