Hey Jacqui - I agree 100% to refeed after all it won't be long now. 300g is 300g closer.
My weight loss for the week is 1 kg. As I've already changed my ticker twice this week, for my 3 month anniversary and to celebrate being in the '60's, only another 200g today. Still home sick today, great for watching the Olympics! But I've been feeling so blah that I didn't think I'd lose much more and I was right. x Loulou

I'm down 1.1 kgs this week, after 1.1 kgs last week and an eight day plateau in the middle with only 200 gms lost. My long term average is 1.05 at the moment, so I've done better than that which is pretty amazing so close to refeed.
Thanks for putting that link in, LouLou. I intend updating my entries every week, but leave it until I've been to all the diaries, and then it's usually past bedtime. I hope others will add their weekly entries, as it's useful to others who are following on to see how much variation there can be, and to compare their rates with others. AJ

Hi Mooney-great to have you on board. Just little extra incentive to get us to refeed is exactly what we need I reckon. Well done on losing that holiday weight so quickly, must have mostly been water as Shell said.
Pandora- I think you and I must have the same illness, coughing, headache, no energy. I went back to work yesterday and I'm working later today but I'm very vague still and coughing quite a bit. Luckily I have Sunday through to Wednesday off this week, plenty of time to recuperate. I hope you feel better soon. x Loulou

Hi all and i am just back from a "surprise" weekend away! Oops there i was 2kg down by Friday (restart last Monday) hubby surprised me with a weekend away and altho i didnt go mad, i am suspecting i may have undone all of last weeks good (lets face it, week one is easy to lose a LOT and just as easy to gain it back!!!).
Anyway, i am still committed, still here, still determined and i may have to put last week down to re-learning all the "rules" and getting serious! I also think that being already "slim enough anyway" messes with my head but doesnt get me the result i now crave! Thanks again and i am SO grateful for this forum, and so lucky to have my cohen program as i know the weight loss part was relatively easy, it is the maintaining and or getting back to ideal that many of us struggle with and i intend to do it! I hope you had a lovely weekend, and didn't allow worries over food to spoil it, Pandora.

Hi Pandora
Glad to hear you're still committed, determined and here. The main thing is to get our heads in the right place, once we're there the rest is simple. x Loulou

Weigh in day today and 1.2 kg closer to refeed, hooray. I have been noticing that thoughts of eating chocolate have been drifting through my head. Nothing serious and I wouldn't even count them as cravings but they are thoughts that I've been free of for most of this journey.
Has anyone else noticed any changes in thoughts or physicality? x Loulou

I've lost 800 gms this week, so a bit less than the past couple of weeks, but consistent with a lot of the earlier weeks.
LouLou, I've been having thoughts of food (and wine) for a few weeks now. I'm a bit worried that I might pick something up and eat it without thinking, but so far so good. Like you, not cravings, and not thinking of deviating, just thinking more about food. Congratulations on your normal BMI. On Wednesday I had breakfast before 7:30 then sat through a cooking demo with nine or ten different dishes (I did two of the dishes) and had my lunch about 2:30. No thoughts of deviating at all, and not even hungry. I was tempted to taste a couple of the dishes that I hadn't previously tasted, but there wasn't a convenient place to spit. I was talking with a friend in the US this morning about diets. We agreed that you have to get to a point where you say "I'm going to do this no matter what". I reached that point before I started, and this diet's been easy for me. I'm not being good, or strong. I haven't once been even slightly tempted to deviate because I had reached that point. Koh, normal BMI is 70.4 for me, so I think I'm probably still the best part of a week away. AJ

Hi AJ- so close to normal BMI, won't be long now. I'm glad you've been having thoughts about food too. That's one of the reasons why I love this forum, it normalises things for me and I realise I'm the only one. It makes the food thoughts easier to deal with.
x Loulou
