What is the nicest yoghurt; I HATE yoghurt!

Doing it for me - I never found another yogurt except Tamar Valley that I really liked so I would hate to have to change. I did the program last time on it. I think they said you can eat it just be aware. I know what you mean about the vanilla - it was my favourite prior to Tamar now I dont find it that nice by comparison.

I too, first struggled with the whole yoghurt thing. I am now a Tamar Valley girl. The one with the blue stripes on the tub and no fat and I have just had a look and can't find the inulin that someone mentioned above. Maybe, it's on one of the other Tamar Valley yoghurts??? When I first started Cohens I was eating the Jalna Yoghurt but it got to the stage when I would literally gag on every spoonful. I have tried the Greek yoghurt and found it would give me a stomach ache after I had eaten it and suspect it did nothing to aide my weight loss. Hope this helps.

Hey Guys, I tried the iced coffee this morning and to be honoust I was expecting the worst as my 1st youghurt experience was a disaster and it was actually really nice a tad sweet though, thanks for the recipie guys

Just replying to lilly j... apparently the Tamar Valley yogurt has such a small amount of inulin it doesn't need to be on the label. I emailed them quite some time ago and they confirmed there was inulin, but a negible amount. I continued to have it. I usually still do, but it can be tricky to find, so sometimes I opt for Yoplait Yoplus, and even though it has more fat than the fat free tamar yogurt I don't notice much of a difference.

Emmi is good. I add mango and 1 sachet of sweeter and use a stick blender. I then leave it overnight in the freezer. Yum. I was told that Yoplait is good too but haven't had the luck in finding it in the supermarkets here in Manila.

Here we are allowed to have Fage Greek Yogurt.

The YoPlait you're referring to is the NATURAL (no flavoring), dark blue color container? I can't seem to find any more light version (they have vanilla/cheese/fruit flavor for Light). And it stated there as 98% FF

I was using Marigold only to find there is inulin in it. I still have 1 more container to finish my stock.. <sigh>

My clinic in Singapore mentioning NESTLE.. but I can't seem to find them anywhere in Singapore? IF there is any Singapore Cohens - care to share some light here??
