Re: 4 week 5kg challenge anyone? 14/4-5/5/15
Here's my current weight: 67 kgs (0.4 kgs)
Though I lose less this week, a loss is still a loss. and I'm happy since I survived my first month without hopping off the bus. ☺️ Maybe I'm just really a slow loser, but this is the season where I am bound to learn to be more patient and discover the art of waiting. Also, I think that I have to explore my food selection and to know the food that making me lose slow. But whatever it is, I'm excited for next week weigh in and for the coming months to come! 😁 since now I can prove to myself, if I can do it in a month, I can do a lot more. Aja!

Re: 4 week 5kg challenge anyone? 14/4-5/5/15
Hi Trish,
That's great news, any loss is good news. Don't be too hard on yourself, I recently had a week with 0.000 loss, I think that is why my loss this week is more, also keep in mind that one week is cm loss the next week is weight and so the cycle keeps going Be inspired but be careful not to try and measure up, we are thankfully all different and our bodies too Keep it up and do look at your meals, I spend a lot of time in the recipe section, looking for variety, when the food tastes great, it is much easier to follow. Re: 4 week 5kg challenge anyone? 14/4-5/5/15
Awww! Thanks so much Tes and V(S)exy for your thoughtful and caring words. I could say over and over again that it's awesome to be in this forum and meeting people as sweet you are.
Yes, I'll keep moving. I weigh in earlier and saw my weight down to 66.8kg but I won't take a note of it since it's already past the weekly weigh in. But I'm excited to reach normal weight at 65 kgs. Hurray for you all!

Hello Girls.... I just saw this challenge now, but would you mind if I joined too? My weight seems to be stuck too and I'd love to have someone keep me company while trying to lose weight.
I am currently at 69kg and have been at the weight for 2 weeks now. |
