Checking in! I forgot to check in yesterday and the Wednesday before (which was my start date)... Winter Challenge Start Weight: 92.6 (15th May) Goal: 16 kilos! Week 1: 92 (.6 kilos lost- 15.4 to go!) ** I think it's about a 15 week challenge (until 31st August)

1st goal - 10 kilos lost (done 4/3/13) 2nd goal - 20 kilos lost (done 8/4/13) 3rd goal - 30 kilos lost (done 20/5/13) 4th goal - 1/2 way through my journey - 35 kilos gone! (done 10/6/13) 5th goal - 40 kilos lost and into the 90's! (done 8/7/13) 6th goal - 50 kilos gone and in the 80's! (done 28/8/13) 7th goal - 60 kilos lost and into the 70's!! Hope you don't mind me joining this challenge too, it will keep me motivated. I'll backdate my weight. I'd LOVE to lose 20kg & would be over the moon if I manage it! Start weight 92.7kg. Goal weight 72.7kg (week!) Week One weight = 88.2kg (4.5kg loss) Week Two weight = 86.7kg (1.5kg loss/6kg total) 14kg to go........bring it on!!!

I would like to join this challenge please, I know I am running a little late but nothing like a challenge to keep you focused. So I will start on week 4 and my which means I will be in the challenge for 11 weeks and I would like to loose 15kgs in that time. My start weight being: 94.7 which was Mondays weight and will weigh in again next Monday. cheers Wendy |

I still can't believe that I was sooo skinny last winter, yet I didn't even get to enjoy my skinny body in a bikini once come Spring or Summer! So, I want to have finished refeed by the beginning of Spring! Winter Challenge Start Weight: 62.1 (10 June) Goal Weight: 53 kilos! (9.1 kilos to lose) |
