Good work Greeni! A loss is still a loss and 15cm!!!? That's insane! Amazing! So that's what your body's been busy doing while you keep an eye on the scales, hehe

Hi All

Just a quick checking-in - I had a less than perfect week deviation-wise, so I cannot complain too much about a 1.1kg loss on the scales.

Week 1 (25 Aug) - 59kg

Week 2 (1st Sept) -57.9kg

Week 3 (8th Sept)

Week 4 (15th Sept)

Week 5 (22nd Sept)

Week 6 (29th Sept)

Happy losing!

Hello Lovelies!

Welcome, Soleil! Happy to see you pop in here

Great loss, N2M! Is your ticker current - is 55kg your current goal weight?

Anywho I was just swinging by to say hi This week has been completely off the rails for me, so not looking forward to reporting my weight on Monday ALAS, the aim of this challenge (for me, anyway!) was to lose 6kg in 6wks... So although I prepare myself for a (*gulp*) gain, on Monday, hopefully I can get myself back in order (*shakes finger aggressively at self*) and hit the scales 6kg lower by the finish date.

Sigh. I can dream, right?!

Hope you're all having a fabulous week, thank God it's Friday tmw!!!

Hey Soleil, thank you for the little motivational kick in the right direction I love your energy and positivity! Nope I don't have a journal (haha, that's why I'm so chatty in this thread!)

Perhaps I need to get one going... I think the daily accountability would certainly be of benefit! Glad you're doing so well xx

Oh SallyG, you must start a journal!

I love it, it really helps me keep accountable, well in fact whenever I have dropped out of keeping my journal it means I have fallen off the bus .

This time no falling of the bus though, I'm so over not fitting ANY of the clothes in my cupboard and to be honest, the only pair of pants that do fit me, my trusty navy blue velour joggers by Peter Alexander, are so close to dying on me. And you know from what? From my thighs rubbing together and wearing the fabric thin. I mean really, that is just horrible. So yep, motivations pretty high here, if I don't do this now I would surely set my pants on fire with my very own thighs and then be a prisoner in my house forever as I refuse, absolutely refuse to buy new bigger pants. Could not even wear my robe, even that thing doesn't close properly from the front now. A robe people, a robe!!!!

Whose with me? LET'S LOOSE THESE KILOS, HEY!!!!!!

Measurement Day

Mine is a good one given it was my first week on the program. Slower losses from here on, but will be getting to my goal of -8kg.

Ps. SallyG to be perfectly honest I was laughing at my pants on fire comment too. No centimetres lost on my thighs yet, scary times

Week 1 (25 Aug) -
Week 2 (1 Sept)- 78.3 kg
Week 3 (8 Sept) -73.9 kg (-4.4kg)
Week 4 (15 Sept)
Week 5 (22 Sept)
Week 6 (29 Sept)

hi,
I won't weigh myself every week anymore - I'll wait for the last official weigh in. It's better for me to not focus on the scales. I'll continue to pop in but will record my result in 4 weeks time. As DR Cohen says it is better to only do it once a month rather than weekly or even daily as our body loses in cycles and not weekly. I want to stay encouraged
But here my result for this week:

Week 1 (25 August) 89.6
Week 2 (01 Sept. ) 89.4 (-0.2)
Week 3 (08 Sept). 88.1(-1.3)
Week 4
Week 5
Week 6

Good morning lovelies!

How did we all go over the weekend? I'm on annual leave today, booked for the sole purpose of preparing my cohens meals for the week! Haha. It's been so hit and miss, I thought if I can at least start the week off right my chances are so much better 😊

Ok that's enough chitchat from me. Scales were up and down and up and down this morning so after weighing about 15 times (and cross-checking with my 10kg kettlebell!) here are my results for the start of Week 4:

Week 1 (25 Aug) – 60.5kg

Week 2 (1st Sept) – 58.9kg (-1.6kg)

Week 3 (8th Sept) – 58.2kg (-0.7kg)

Week 4 (15th Sept) – 56.7kg (-1.5kg)

Week 5 (22nd Sept)

Week 6 (29th Sept)

Hope you're all doing well and spirits are high. Here's to a good week y'all!

SallyG

Wowee! Some great losses there Girls! SallyG - I am so envious of you! Well done! You will achieve your 6kgs in 6 weeks for sure!

I went completely off the rails (again) and I'm having to pay the price! But I am back with a bang today - this whole weekend was so hot - perfect for swimming but instead I felt too embarrassed to even try on a bathing suit!

Week 1 (25 Aug) - 59kg

Week 2 (1st Sept) -57.9kg (-1.1kg)

Week 3 (8th Sept) - Don't ask

Week 4 (15th Sept) - 60.9kg (+1.9kg from start)

Week 5 (22nd Sept)

Week 6 (29th Sept)

Good luck to all for the week - may it be marvelous, and marvelously successful!

Well done everyone!!!!!!!!

For some reason I'm having trouble posting on this one, I see my previous post has gone missing from a couple of days back and and I just lost this post too, so here we go again...

Great second week losses for me again, the losses will start to become less significant now but I should make it to my goal of -8kg

Week 3 (8 Sept) - 73.9 kg (-4,4kg)
Week 4 (15 Sept) - 72.2 kg (-1,7kg)
Week 5 (22 Sept)
Week 6 (29 Sept)

Went camping on the weekend. Prepared precooked food, but it was such a cold trip, I had hot coffee and a nibble. Haven't stepped on the scales, so will pass this week.

Week 1 (8th Sept): -4.6kg
Week 2 (15th Sept): (no weighing this week)
Week 3 (22nd Sept)
Week 4 (29th Sept)
Week 5 (6th Oct)
