Hi Penny,

I have decided I have to get up so early to fit all this extra food in!
I am actually glad I have the extra couple of hours, otherwise I think I would be feeling really stuffed by not stretching it out!!

Hey Penny...sounds like you are doing great. I would give the bread another chance. I was really blotted and uncomfortable the first day I had it but the next day I was fine and haven't had a problem with it again...been eating 1 - 2 slices everyday since. Granted my experience doesn't sound nearly as bad as yours...but it might have just been an adjustment for your body.

Anyway, Glad you are doing so well on refeed. It's great...huh?

hey skinny, btw way yr photos look awesome, i feel so much better today than yesterday, i really didnt like that bread but i am gonna give it another go in a few days....

hey connie, yep things still keep moving even when your away am loving it so far...

ok hex, a road trip to adelaide maybe....we could hire a sports car, soft top, cruise on down looking like a coupla hot babes, swing by and grabthat sexy irene, hit glenelg....oh yeah, that'd be fun...


ok well today was a bloody great day...plenty of food, lots of chores done, plenty of energy, caught up with an old mate who kept calling me skinny, had people over for dinner and had a really nice time with no alcohol...funny how when the person who was always happy to have a wine doesnt drink, others dont drink much either.... it was cups of tea all round at my place tonight...

i am feeling on top of the world tonight....somebody stop me....

ok so up 200grms today....no bm though so i am feeling very bloated.....

having yogurt with rockmelon for brekkie.....should be yum...always loved rockmelon, hope i still do...

sounds good, except then we would have to go back to the plan for another 6 months....

ok, i just posted this in hexis diary so sorry to all you refeed surfers, but i had the rockmelon this morning and it didnt taste as good as i thought it would....although now that i think about it i did used to like it with ice cream....or vanilla yogurt....i wonder if that made a difference

i am totally stuffed from lunch and it just gets more and more....for gods sake, i am only on day 3...day 13 is actually starting to look a bit scary

no bread again today and no desire either...

ok another good day all round...no reaction to the rockmelon and very satisfied with my food.

at the moment i am planning the next days food the evening before and this seems to be working...hope it doesnt catch me out though...

still have a piece of fruit left from today but dont think i can fit that in at this point, see how i feel in an hour.
