2 Days more and its week 2 but sad to say my weight didnt move down.. just steady after losing the 3.5kgs. I never cheated but thinking of it to deviate i mean.. on my upcoming bday may 10th i have some employees to treat dinner... Just wondering if i deviate what would be the consequence i get? like wish to join them and drink my favorite red wine and a little of meat to treat myself bcoz.. its my big day.. but i am scared if i do this i might not hit my target to lose the 10Kgs on my weigh in day.. any advice? Pls? |

Hi Crystal-Eye - I am encouraging you to not deviate. You've only just started and this is the hardest part of the journey, the first few weeks. You're beginning to get used to the program and so on. I guess you might want to ask yourself if deviating is a treat or punishment. In my view, staying on plan is the most important gift I can give myself. Consider a non-food related way to celebrate your birthday, rather than go out to dinner, choose something that doesn't involve eating and drinking e.g. day spa, foot spa, manicure, facial, massage, mini golf, go karts, bowling, paintball, laser tag - you get the drift.
Sad News: worst case scenario - you could put on what you've already worked so hard to lose and you might not get back on plan and give up completely. Good luck and I hope you have a great birthday. Hugs Andie
