Am 8 days deviation free . EEE is my role model - I want to do another 10 weeks deviation free and see where I get to. It may be wrinkly but it won't be chubby. And I am so over chubby land....

All done for me too!!! Feeling really positive at the moment and my energy is increasing. That is awesome as I was feeling do drained and 'weighed down'....ah quite literally I was, but it's also never having decent food in your system and loaded up with carbs!!!

All done for me too. It is seemingly easier at the moment. Perhaps the 'pressure' of the endurance challenge!!?? Either way I'm suddenly not hungry anymore in between meals, in fact, at all!! I love it when I'm at that stage. Life is so much easier |

Well done everyone for staying DF, it is funny how a challenge on the forum can make sure we stick to what we have signed up for.
However, in saying that... i said i was going to stay DF throughout my journey until my cruise in April and then straight back on it when i get home. Lucky for me the cruise is only a 4 day one. I will not be going crazy on the food, but i will treat myself to a dessert 1 or 2 of the nights. Good luck everyone, you're doing wonderful!
