Default Great posting

Thanks for the detailed information. I am on week 1 and have just got through a rocky start. My biggest worry is that it would all be for nothing because after losing the weight so rapidly, it would come back on just as quick. I couldn't begin to imagine what I would need to do to keep it off.
Hope it all works as well for me.

Thanks for bumping this up. There are some wonderful learning points here.

I just want to add to the point about exercise- we may not need it anymore for maintaining the weight, but exercise helps a lot with things like posture and heart health. It also keeps us limber as we age. It does not have to be a sweaty grind in the gym, but a walk everyday or something can make a big difference to your joints, your heart and your lungs. Being slim is only part of the equation.

Just reading through some of the refeed posts as I am planning on being on refeed soon, and found this interesting so want to bump it so that others have a chance to read it.
