Ok, two things. 1st - I'm with Koh... Holy McSnapping.McD........ Really? Mark, that's incredible! Have any of your students (or as my father said as a teacher Stewed Ants) been with you the whole journey so far and noted the difference? Wow!

2nd. Norty Nix! My love! Where have you been!!! McSteamy, McDreamy... hmmmmmm.... YUM! Ooooh, McSteamy's name is actually Mark.

OK - I pose the question. Is 'our' McSteamy' really the legit git???

WOW! I have just finished reading your entire diary and have been wetting myself laughing at your posts while at the same time having a good think about some of your more deeper thoughts....very interesting. You are incredible Mark and truely in inspiration, thankyou for sharing your journey with us it really does make me take a good hard look at the psycological roadblocks that keep preventing me from loosing my measly 12kg's. Awesome job!

the good news unofficial fully clothed weight 109.9 which means fighting weight achieved 75 kg lost ( will not record on ticker till clinic visit prob next mon)
now to boldly go where no adult mcpsych has gone before too 100 and beyond

had a laugh this morning
i was in usual coffee shop and saw a person i hadnt seen since bc ( before cohens)
i stood there with hands on hips and looked at her
she looked up and the look on her face was - who is this person and why are they looking at me
she looked back down and then looked up with the surprised-recognition look

hmm the bare...ed psychologist ( if we are very quiet we can see him in his native habitat) oh yes- and he looks remarkably like a sharpei hehehehehhe
dont have any fat clothes left- gave them all away except for one belt- the photos are reminder enough

is it a striped tie or a dotty one?? or maybe a nice plaid .... never too much detail - is it longer than average with a windsor knot ????
