Wow C-Jaye, that was a great post! Isn't this program amazing, to make such a change in such a short amount of time. The things you listed are really powerful changes which are so positive and amount to a really positive head space. Good for you C-Jaye! It is amazing how much the extra weight really effected how we thought about ourselves, our worth and if we could stand up for what we believe in. A great reflection on the changes that you have noticed for yourself, I think reflecting is really important, as thinking back to the way things were can be a powerful motivational tool - thanks for letting us read that. Oh, and I'm glad you had a great time at the races, I bet you looked and felt FANTASTIC - lady in red!!!! Good on you C-Jaye

Wow, race feet...... but happy and proud of myself race feet!!

Well, had a ball, an absolute ball, the outfit was a screaming success, the handbag was just perfect and the shoes comfortable, the cleavage just right.......... apparently!

SO was in D-Town on patrol and dropped us off so he could see me in my finery and I was thrilled with that - without his support who knows!!!! And a farewell at the gate with "go have fun, flirt, laugh, gamble, you deserve everything" what a winner there.

So I did all of that, and how much fun did we have - me and the WH! So great that she was there on my first BIG outing! Without her support too - who knows. Her Mum keeps offering goodies to take home for us but she is strong and declines for my sake! Soon though NannaB's homemade goodies.

So the rest of the week will be fairly quiet for me apart from an outing to wear the new chinese dress to, thinking a nice dinner somewhere quiet and intimate....... I may even take myself out. Yeah that's what I'll do, perfect I shall pencil myself in......

And what you never thought would happen - I think I am shopped out........... NOOOOOOOOOO I hear you scream! But I will pop into the Red Cross Shop at lunchtimes just in case - because that's almost a donation rather than a purchase!!!

Seriously........................... everyone take care and be the best friend to yourself that you can be....... you are worth it. If you wouldn't say it to your friend , don't say it to yourself........Caro

Oh and for the Darwinians - I went out to a bar in Mitchell St after the races and ordered off the menu with significant changes - no this, no that, no dressing.......... and ended up with a meal that was a perfect match for my program...... it can be done!!!!

OMG! That's so exciting! Did it hurt? What colour's the piercing?

And, as my mother always intones, 'You may no longer be a child but you will always be my child. Now go and put on a jumper/take off that mascara/wash your mouth out with soap.'

Hey there campers

Pixie - it was really no worse than sticking yourself with a safety pin (and we've all done that), the guy was really good! And clear stone so it matches everything and it sparkles!!!! Oooooooh it is really exciting! I guess after missing out on them I am now living my 20's.

So reservations made at a really nice place for Thursday night for my dinner for one! Really one person..... ok we can do that! Seriously is it so rare that people dine alone in nice places........ I will dress up for myself and really enjoy the experience. Nixy if you are reading and you want to I can book for two - you sound like you could use a cheerup.........

And dinner and drinks (program and soda water) on Friday with a friend and Wednesday night with another friend, Saturday night hurrah with a few and home to the fish, the FC, the WH and my SO on Sunday.

I love my life and the Quest for Caro!!!!! I hope you are all seeing the rewards of your lifestyle change.

Well, so the Red Cross is a donation is it where you get a present in return then!! It could be clothes, jewellery, handbag, shoes, list goes on.... I will now go there and donate for the next 3 days!!! Thankyou for setting me straight on this.

BB pierced. I would be bit skeered to have that done but if its only like a little prick then I may think about it when my gut goes real real flat.

Cheers Bronnie

So I went shopping again!!! But it was the most awesome red chinese style silk shift - and a matching clutch - but not one, not two.....five little purses inside (a chinese matroyshka purse) and a pink set too, so off to dinner tonight with myself - Char at 730 Nixy if you feel like dropping by after pole-dancing.

And my friend wanted to come out on Thursday night to my date night so I said yes.......... but there are rules - decorum, a pretty dress, intelligent conversation, manners and only ladylike behaviour - surely one does not need to be so specific but why take a chance!!!

And Friday night dinner with a friend where I am informed of the dress code only - which I'm hoping will be after 5 dressed up!!!!!

I really need to win lotto............................................. .........
