Gee thanks guys - funny thing happened yesterday, a lady who sees me every day said - have you lost weight or something! So I said I'm growing my hair, maybe thats it!!! And she said yeah that's probably it............muahahahahaha!

But seriously then I told the truth and started a conversation about Cohen's - seriously in my small town I should be on commission - people are saying - oh such and such mentioned that you look great!!!!! Blushing on the outside but really proud on the inside!!!!

And we seem to be doing a round robin with clothes in my building - it is so good to see them go to a good home and being passed on! Knowing of course that you will only see them for a little while on the Cohenites!

The meal shake up seems to have worked with the numbers on the scales flashing a little this morning - not actually changing but you could tell they were thinking about it! So it's onwards and downwards.......... wooohooo!

And just to allay any fears about pod people inhabiting my outer shell - I went shopping at St V's with "The Watchers" at lunch yesterday, I had so much fun playing living Barbie's with them both - such a good feeling to be there when they try on clothes that they think won't fit and they do! And sometimes you just need a fresh pair of eyes to choose something for you! The only rule was that we needed to try on things that you wouldn't normally wear! Oh and the standing rule - NO BLACK!

dont you just love that- you stand on the scales, they flash down to the next level then up, then down then - they say suck it up you are still the same weight
especially fun when they pretend to take you below a milestone

Where on earth can you buy friendly scales? Ha ha.

Seriously, Caro - NO BLACK?! Gosh, I'd be totally out of my element, I'd end up wearing something like a tablecloth cause I can't bear to purchase any real clothes that aren't black! I suppose when I'm looking as great as you I won't mind wearing colours so much, though.

Dam scales, I know what they are like! Take ages to decide when to stop, so I stopped. I use the Wii and that knows exactly where to stop and gives BMI as well. Sya next week.

Woweee, I have forgotten Tumeric - the most delicious spice of all, especially used on stirfried prawns with wilted greens. The woolies bags of Spinch, Rocket and Kale can be used in stirfry!!!!!! Give it a whirl it is heavenly and cooks in about 1 minute!!!

And I seem to be having the same problem as alot of people - have not dropped any weight in a week! But all good I haven't gained any either so for extra inspiration I tried on a few dresses tonight and they are looking better and better so not really concerned............... if you are struggling with a slow loss weight wise do the same thing, if nothing else it will re-motivate you.

I had the same thing Caro when I had 10ks to go......and I pulled out some before photos...gave me the motivation to continue as well.....it passed and he weight came off...just a little more slowly

Love you and am very proud of you. Your photos are awesome by the way......and your hair looks great that length too.

My photos are a little deceiving I have a confession - my hair is not straight at all - it is a bundle of curls that do their own thing! So I straighten it because people take me seriously with straight hair!!! Go figure............

And more shopping this weekend - yay for new underwear!!! Seriously it is great to shop off the special racks in the lingerie shop, such pretty things, so much ribbon, so much lace, aaaaahhhhhhhhh......................... sorry guys, you may not quite understand.................................

I have had a stern word with the scales who have informed me that I have lost .5kg in the last week - they don't care..................

Hmmm lace.
Dw asked if i needed anything in town and i said lacy underware, I got "that" look.
Even when i reiterated it was for her not me. Some faces only a woman can pull.

Hey all, couple of days away and now back to reality - cannot believe it myself but I bought size 8 dresses in D-Town over the weekend - and they fit, but still keeping the 10's!!!

Soooooo on Friday I measured a girl in our office to pick out a dress for her while I was in D-Town, I was astounded - while I was measuring I realised that we are about the same size! Only 2cm difference in the hips!! And I think that she is a fantastic shape - and thats almost me!!!!!!!!!

So find someone with the same measurements if you can and have a good look at them............
