so anyway, while i am here
had a really strange experience yesterday
at work and late for a meeting- the lift wasnt arriving so i RAN UP a flight of stairs
didnt even think about it just did it
last year , if i was even able to do it, i would have been in recovery for hours
yesterday, no effect, no puffing panting sweating palpitations.... nothing
freaky baby

quick update- official weight at clinic ( clothes on) 80kg gone forever in 10 months
looks like life begins at 50 ( yep he will officially be an old fart at next birthday)
