Thanks cc and Connie. Well - big shift down in weight this morning - hard to think its not just fluid (have a pretty bad head cold at present). I went from 69.2/4 yesterday to 68.6 (Koh may well be right but will see what happens over next few days). Today - a piece of bread - yum - I got some nice rye bread and had a piece of toast with an egg for breakie - no horrible feelings after, just yummy and kept me going pretty well for a few hours. More rockmelon - also yum!! So, a pretty good weekend - easier than being on main program because each day I've had a little something extra to look forward to. Might try mozzarella and tomato melted on rye toast tomorrow for lunch. Should be yum. Cheers - Kay. |
