Hey Chloe,

Wow, sitting on 100kg and halfway through that is great Good for you, what a fantastic Christmas present for yourself

These deviations that you mention shouldn't even raise a thought in your head as you haven't deviated by giving into Christmas treats, being away from home while on this is hard work but you are doing great guns

Hope you and your family have a fantastic Christmas

Sarah

Thanks Hexi and Sez,

Well I couldn't help myself this morning, I got on the scales and got a huge surprise, I have dropped another 2.7kg again I am floored This is the first time in a long time that i am in the 90's WHOOHOO I don't know if it is because I am doing a lot more activity than normal or what, when I am at work it is just sitting at my desk and making calls to suppliers and the factory. While i have been in NZ I am running around and helping the plant guys so that is an increase in activity by 100%.

I am excited as I get to come home this afternoon I am so looking forward to seeing my fiance, I have missed him sooo much!

Hope you are all having a blast

Chloe

Thanks Guys,

Haven't been on for ages since Christmas I have taken some time off work and just had some me time. I have needed it a bit as I think that I was starting to loose a bit of focus as to why I was here just before Christmas. I am proud to say other than 1 or 2 minor deviations I have stuck to it and in the month I have lost 15.8kg so I am stoked with that

Chloe

Hi there Chloe,

What a wonderful result. It looks like you have been losing a min. of 15 kg per month which is just amazing.
How great to be able to shift the weight so quickly. Other than just luck of the drawer do you have any tips
or anything special you think contributes to the large losses.

I can't wait to you go back to that work site once you are at goal and walk past those smelly boys looking so
far too hot for them to handle. Drop kicks I say.

Ta care sweety and keep up the super star work.
Cheers
Daisy.

Thanks everyone for your replies,

I have been really slack in getting on and visiting this site. But thought i should drop in and see how you were all going and let you know I haven't dropped off the face of the Cohen earth. Still blazing away 100%. Weighed in this morning and have lost another 7.3 kg since I last posted 2 weeks ago.

So I am less than 10kg to goal YAY

Holy dooly girl! That's pretty damn amazing. I had to look back in your diary, because I know you started a few weeks after me... I am still blown away by how much you've lost in four months (I'm quite jealous, because it's more than twice as much as I've lost, and I started before you). And to be losing 7.3kg in two weeks at this late stage of your program is simply incredible. You'll have the remaining 10kg licked in the next three weeks at the rate you're going. AMAZING STUFF!!!

I'd love to see photos, if you're up to sharing them with us.
