So how are we all going now we are more or less half way through our first week?? I fell off the wagon at the weekend, am back into it 100% but am not so sure I will get the required average of 1.7kg off by Thursday... time will tell!!

Feeling great. Trying to incorporate the water challenge in today. 3 litres a day is the goal. am only at 1.5 at the moment. thanks so much for organising this. Looking forward to seeing everyone ones results on Thusday.

Well I'm doing 100% but no weight movement for almost two weeks! aaaaaagh! I'm dropping onion and paprika as only starting using those a couple of weeks ago. Does everyone eat all the crackers and fruit? I do but wondering if I have to reduce that to get the weight moving. I do have a challenge to meet so have to get 1.7 kgs off for first weigh in!!!

Hi Panda,
Oh no, how frustrating! Have you checked spices, cheese etc for any hidden wheat ingredients? Are you getting enough sleep? Maybe you could try swapping your meals around or eating the same type of protein for lunch and dinner? I always eat my fruit and crackers and I just feel my metabolism would collapse without some carbs! Good luck! Cheers, miss_nat

Thanks Miss Nat - I have done fish/calamari for last couple of days so I'll see if that makes a difference, also dropped onion, had no chewing gum. I'm with you - it would be soooooo hard to do without carbs.

Miss Nat - I've checked all cheeses etc and OK. Although I haven't been sleeping as well as usual, so maybe I'll try a couple of early nights. Didn't realise till you mentioned it that sleep can make a difference! Thanks

Sorry I'm not too sure how to update my weight loss in this post but I am pleased to say my loss this week is 1.8 = 90.7 I hope that makes sence. Wow what great results you all have Well done everyone. Thanks so much Axis for all your hard work in getting this challenge organised.
