Checking in, hope everyone is shivering off some big numbers this week!
Start weight: 125.5kg Goal weight: 110.5kg Week 1 = n/a Week 2 = n/a Week 3 = 120.2kg (5.3kg loss) Week 4 = 117.0kg (3.2kg loss) Total so far: 8.5kgs I'm also hoping to hit 10kgs loss mark next week!

Ive fallen off the bus but back on now, so should probably back out of challenge BUT really need it! So even though I HIGHLY doubt Ill come close to getting my ribbon. Im going to keep poking my head in for inspiration.
Initial weigh in was 92.1kg and I wanted to loose 15kg which would of had me at 77.1kg. Well I stuffed up and am 8kg heavier now as of 19 june. So I stuffed up and will still make my goal 77.1 but will be secretly happy if I reach 87 so pay no attention to my mucked up dates and weights sorry if that's confuzzling to anyone. Start date Sat 18 may 92.1 kg fell of bus and wed 19 may 99.8 kg 22.7 to go |

Hey I just saw this thread for the first time... I've been keeping a daily record of my weight - would I be able to join and back date? Let me know if this is cheating? I've never done a challenge before!?
By September 1st, if starting from the June 1st date, I'd love to have lost 20kg and be at 92kgs! On 1st June I was at 112.2kgs 8th June: 110.7kgs 15th June: 109.4kgs 22nd June: 107.5kgs so far lost 4.7kgs... |

Weekly check in time!

Next weeks goal is 81.5kg............planning on blowing the final 200g I've got to go until 10kg out of the water and then some!!! 10.2kg to go!!!!!!!!! Almost halfway to my winter challenge goal!!

Start Weight: 92.6 (15th May) Goal: 16 kilos! Week 1: 92 (.6 kilos lost) Week 2: 90.6 (1.4 kilos lost) Week 3: 89 (1.6 kilos lost) Week 4: 88.1 (.9 kilos) Missed a week! Week 6: 86.7 (total loss 5.9... 10.1 to go) I think there's about 10 more weeks left, so I need over a kilo a week. Eeek!!! Mama needs a big loss!!!

Luckily here in Sydney it's not -3! (Used to live further south in Canberra though so I can empathise!) Checking in: Start weight 1st June: 112.2kgs Week 1, 8th June: 110.7kgs Week 2, 15th June: 109.4kgs Week 3, 22nd June: 107.5kgs Week 4, 29th June: 105.7kgs 6.5kg for the month... not bad but might come up a bit shy of my goal at the end of winter... ooh this is tough! |

Hi Guys
I am late to the party but N2M suggested joining this challenge when I posted in the triple threat challenge... So can I join, and should I weigh in tomorrow (Monday) and start from there? My first goal is to try to get to 60kg by the 12th of August, so maybe I should aim for 58kg by the 31st of August? I am hoping to begin refeed by the start of October, so I would probably (but will gauge with clothing) want to be between 52-55kg before I start. Hope that makes sense. I am happy to take an average of 1.0kg loss per week, this time around. Last weigh in (Friday) I was 69.0kg. Please let me know how this all works, and how I should post my results etc. Cheers M |
