Heya! Forgot to update in here yesterday!! LittleDoll's Starting weight: 80.4 kilos Goal: Lose 10 kgs and get to 70.4 kilos (in 5 weeks) Week 1 (1st May): 75.8- 4.6 kilos gone, 5.4 kilos to go Week 2 (8th May): Week 3 (15th May): Week 4 (22nd May): Week 5 (29th May): Bonus week 6 (5th June): (seeing as it includes 3 'on program' days of May... )

Goal: Lose 10.4 kilos (61kg - top end of my goal weight when I can start refeed!) Start Weight, 1st March: 71.4kg Week 1, 8th March: 70.0kg (-1.4kg) Week 2, 15th March: 68.6kg (-1.4kg) Week 3, 22nd March: 67.9kg (-0.7kg) Week 4, 29th March: 66.9 (-1.0kg) Week 5, 5th April: 66.2 (-0.7) Week 6, 12th April: 65.4 (-0.8 ) Week 7, 19th April: 65.7 (+0.3) Easter Binge just began Week 8, 26th April: 66.5 (+0.8 ) Recovering from Easter Binge still Week 9, 3rd May: 64.5 (-2.0) Total loss: 6.9kg Remaining: 3.5kg This program works dammit. So good to be back on track! |

Feeling a bit lonely in this challenge thread. I hope more of you come back and post even if things don't go 100% Don't let delays, deviations or slow losses hold you back! We all have set backs. Really hope some of you return! Goal: Lose 10.4 kilos (61kg - top end of my goal weight when I can start refeed!) Start Weight, 1st March: 71.4kg Week 1, 8th March: 70.0kg (-1.4kg) Week 2, 15th March: 68.6kg (-1.4kg) Week 3, 22nd March: 67.9kg (-0.7kg) Week 4, 29th March: 66.9 (-1.0kg) Week 5, 5th April: 66.2 (-0.7) Week 6, 12th April: 65.4 (-0.8 ) Week 7, 19th April: 65.7 (+0.3) Easter Binge just began Week 8, 26th April: 66.5 (+0.8 ) Recovering from Easter Binge still Week 9, 3rd May: 64.5 (-2.0) Week 10, 10th May: 63.5 (-1.0) Total loss: 7.9kg Remaining: 2.5kg Slower losses this week and I'll admit I deviated last weekend so I wonder if I could have had a bigger loss. Still I feel good about the round number of one more kilo down. Slowly but surely hey. |
