Does sound like you are meant to be 67.9, Penny.

Bloated or merely comfortably full?

Hi Penny,
My weight hasn't had any wild up's or down's either- which is good!
Must be at the "right" weight as well

I probably will have 6 beers and be off my face!

You might find it easier to work out what you are having and then portion it up and then put it in bags for the appropriate days.
Then no need to worry, bit more preparation, but once it's done you just grab out your bag and add the veg & carbs!
Have a great day

oh yes shell....the dream of being that organised....

let me give you an example from yesterday...

get up, make everyone breakfast, squeeze in a coffee, get all the lunches ready, clothes for the kids, invariably argue with my children about them getting ready, get myself ready, get them to school, go to work, go home for lunch, back to work, pick up kids, get a few things at the shop, go home, cook my dinner, get the kids washed and changed, go to order take away for friends house, put petrol in the car, pick up take away, go to visit a friend from interstate, come home, get kids in pj's, teeth brushed, into bed, clean kitchen, 1/2 hr on forum, shower for me.......and then pass out at 10pm

am i the only one here who thinks i deserve staff???? of course plenty of people do this every day (hexi!) but i am just not good at it.

i will endeavour to get a bit more organised on the weekend cause i dont think i will have the time once refeed gets more complicated....just need an hour or so to sit down and write it all out....

geez arent you glad you came to read this post....

Hey Pen...you really are one busy girl.

I find refeed to be so complicated right now. I am on my day 13 (day 20) on plan...and it is just getting more and more complicated as I go along. I spend so long trying to plan it all out. I wish you well with it all. I don't really remember anyone saying how hard it is to follow...is it just me?

Hi Cindy,
I suggest you make the time to sit down and plan the rest of your re feed menu.
It makes it so much easier.

Buy your proteins and portion them up for your meals 1,2 &3 and then bag them into individual days.
Then the night before just grab them out of the freezer and you are all set for the day.
No stressing, it is all done!!

That has been extremly helpful for me.

I also keep a food diary for exactly what I have eaten for the day & at what time.
Which I will contunue after re feed, to make it easier to work out what works and what doesn't.
I found it hard enough just doing the program working out times- but this made it heaps easier.

I hope that helps
