Hexi I stay away from the cabbage - thats the worst. Definately try not to give it to my husband but he loves it.

AJ - it is definately more than I ate previously. Believe it or not I haven't really been a big eater. I have just eaten the wrong things for my body eg: bread, cakes, etc. I am eating so many more vegetables than I ever have. I have always been picky when it came to vegies but now I'm eating nearly everything thats on our menu (except cabbage )

I went to the gym before dinner and feel so much better.

I've never eaten much cabbage previously, Tuti, but now I'm eating it a lot. I love it in Cohen meals.

Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

Day 12 Refeed - Four days to go!

Maintained my weight at 56.4kg even though I feel heavy.

Yesterdays menu was:

B:Egg, portk and old vegies

S: 3 crispbreads and apple

L: Fish and pork with loads of vegies and some new vegies (broccoli & carrots)

S: Cappucino, 3 crispbreads and banana

D: San Choy Bou - Beef, loads of vegies(old & new) and 50g Basmati rice

S: Strawberries and can sprite zero

Didn't get my last bit of fruit in.

Definately helped to go to the gym yesterday. I wake up feeling full and am surprised I didn't put on weight.

Today I add more new vegies and can have margerine. I am still not going to have bread. I think I would be sick if I did.

I'm gonna give Shells parmi a go for lunch. I have only had cheese twice during the program so it will be interesting to see how I feel afterwards.

I will be so glad to finish the refeed part of Cohens.

Day 12 menu:

B: 1 egg, pork and vegies

S: 2 crispbread and apple

L: Shells Yummo Parmi with mozarella, chicken thigh and vegies

S: banana and 3 crispbread with margerine

D: Steak stir fry with loads of old and new vegies and rice

S: Strawberries, 3 crispbread and orange

I find it difficult to add the new protein in. I only really use pork and tried the chicken thigh today. I don't like lamb.

I didn't feel bloated or too full today which is good.

Cheers

Tuti

Good thought, Irene. With all these people on refeed telling us what they're eating, no wonder my loss was so small this week -- it's reading the refeed diaries

Hey, Tuti!

It is SO NICE to read your diary, reading about your food and how you can't even eat it all and NOT PUTTING ON WEIGHT?!?!? AMAZING!
I am sooo glad and happy for you!

But I can only read it when I'm full... I'm hungry most of the day and then dinner is always nice...I'm finally full now... and reading your diary is just so motivational ...to know I will be actually eating again ... Thank you for sharing your days with us!!!!

LAST DAY OF REFEED TODAY

Hi everyone.
I've been a bit busy the last couple of days and haven't posted my updates.

Ok Day 13

B: egg, tomato, portk and new vegies

S: 3 crispbread and apple

L: Prawns, pork and a mixture of old and new vegies

S: banana, 3 crispbread with Marg, and strawberries

D: Chicken snitzel, pork, vegies and rice

S:1 biscuit and 2 crispbread

Day 14

B egg, tomato, pork and vegies

S: 3 crispbread and apple

: Chicken Parmi and vegies

S: banana, 3 crispbread with marg and strawberries

D: chicken and pork with vegies and rice

S: 1 biscuit and BACARDI & COKE (Caffeine free diet coke of course)

Both days I ran out of time to have my last bit of fruit.

My weight is still the same at 56.4

I was going to have a glass of wine but thought I would have my preferred drink of choice. It was okay but really sweet.

Tonight I might try half a glass of wine with dinner.

I have my biscuit straight after dinner when I am full and I haven't really wanted to have more which is good.

Today I can have two biscuits.

This morning I had another skinny cappucino without sugar and actually enjoyed it. I just mixed the froth into the coffee and it was fine.

I think I am getting used to the sizes of the meals as I don't feel as bloated as before. Although I am choosing to go without the bread.

Another interesting thing that I have found that my little itchy rashes that dissappeared whilst on the diet has come back a bit since eating the biscuits. After today I wont behaving anymore to see if it clears up again.

On the first day of this diet I wondered whether I would make it through and here I am

I am hoping by following the maintenance guidelines my weight will remain stable but time will tell. I don't think it is that easy if I go by others diaries.

Cheers

tuti

Well done Tuti for finishing refeed, and staying sane!! All the adding and taking away is fun!!
Good luck on the next stage without the boundaries and finding what works and doesn't. Interesting about the itches coming back when the biscuits were added.
We are a work in progress.

Hi Tuti,
Congrats on finishing, come on over to the maintenance thread!

Might it be the preservatives in the biscuits that have brought your rash out?
Check the lable & see what's in them.
Have a great day and keep us informed on how you are going

Thanks Hexi, Cherry and Shell.

My Last day of refeed went like this:

B: egg, pork, tomato and vegies

S: 2 crispbread, apple, skinny cappucino

L: Chicken and vegies

S: 1 biscuit, 3 crispbread with marg, banana and strawberries

D: chicken and pork with vegies and rice

S: 1 biscuit and glass of wine

I did feel quite full after dinner however when I had the wine I felt hungry after it.

I didn't even drink much because I didn't enjoy it. Apparently I should have had a cheese meal before I had my wine to stop the insulin spike. I didn;t deviate though just had some water and went to bed.

This morning I was 400g down to 56kg exactly - the lower Cohens goal weight.

I am quite amazed that I lost weight yesterday.

I went to the clinic to go over the maintenance guidelines this morning and hopefully I can stick to them.

Now its over to the Maintenance Diary for me.

Cheers

Tuti
