Week Four update for me! Goal: 12 kilos... Which would take me to my original start of refeed weight (66.3)! Week One 4th September: 78.3 Week Two 11th September: 77.3 (-1 kilo) Week Three 18th September: 76.4 (- .9 kilos) Week Four 25th September: 75.3 (-1.1 kilos) Total loss: 3 Left to go: 9

Started Cohen on 26/08/2013 Hubby promised a trip to Mauritius when I reach 70kg... (will be delayed due to possible refeed (me) and rehab (hubby)) Reached lowest estimate of Spring challenge 2013 of losing 15kg on 6 November 2013. Now aiming for higher estimate of 20kg lost before end of challenge... Made the 80's on 15/11/2013 |

Okay, so I'm only a month late but I'd like to join the challenge too.
I hope to be at 70 kgs by the end of November. It may be a little Un reasonable but I'm sure as hell going to try, so here goes: Starting weight 1/9/13: 92.9kgs Week one: 92.4 (-.5) Week two: 89.6 (-2. Well I have been away sulking, as yet again, no loss for a week , getting a bit frustrated!
Spring Challenge Start Weight (2nd Sept): 61.0kgs Goal: Lose 9 kilos Week 1 (9th September): 60.2kg (-0.80) Week 2 (16th September): 59.6 (-0.60) Week 3 (23rd September): 58.2 (-1.4) Week 4 (30th September): 58.2 (-0.0) 6.2kg to go! Don't worry, I am pretty sure that I know what I have to do to get things moving again....I just wish things were as easy as last time around. |

I have been absent for a few weeks, but here's my stats;
Start weight 4/9/13 - 88.8 Goal - 15kg (73.8kg) Week 1 - Away on holiday Week 2 - Away on holiday Week 3 - 87.4 (-1.4) Week 4 - 85.7 (-1.7) Going on holiday has put me behind a bit, ahh well, never mind!

Just realised Missy that we both have the same goal for this challenge (12 kgs or more) and we have both lost the same amount to date! Great motivation to keep me going while I am struggling...
