hi beijingpal, from memory I made the ticker at lilyslim and then copy the bbcode i think and pasted it in my signature box on my control panel under edit signature. Does that help??

My start weight at 1 February was 70.6 KG
07/02/12 - 69.4 KG a loss of 1.2 KG 14/02/12 - 68.0 KG a loss of 1.4 KG 21/02/12 - 66.3 KG a loss of 1.7 KG 28/02/12 Total loss for February: total of 4.3KG Water goal met No deviations as am trying to get to ordering refeed within this contract extension. 3.3 KG until I order refeed, and I am no longer classified as being overweight which is AWESOME! |

Final weigh in for feb today!! YAy 5.7 kg GONE!!

Wow! Didn't this month go fast. Well done everyone!
Starting Weight - first week 5th feb: 117.3 second week 12th Feb 115.2 (-2.1) third week 19th Feb 114.1 (-1.1) fourth week 26th Feb 112.3 (-1.8 total for Feb: exactly 5 kilos!!! Kazaj I would love to know how you keep losing such great numbers so far along in your journey! AMAZING! Thanks LB for organising this and good luck for your final weigh in! Hi sixty plus,
I am having good losses at the moment, but they have been remarkably consistent for most of my journey. For August to December last year they averaged about 6 KG every 4 weeks which is awesome Last month they were a bit slower but that was still about 5 KG- wouldn't get that on any other program! I have nearly cut out dairy products as this causes me to retain fluid and is not very good for me personally. I have been eating a lot of fish as I have heard that it can help with a plateau. I also try to eat the same protein for meal 2 & 3 each day as I have heard of a consultant suggesting that as it is easier for our bodies to digest. I also drink at least 3 liters of water a day sometimes 4 even though I am only 66 KG with no problems with dizziness. Apart from that just no deviations seems to be doing the trick as I would like to get to 63 KG by 20 March so I don't have to extend my contract again. So hoping for another KG this week! |
