Hi all,

I just stumbled over a really good post from Wanabslim that talks to this very question "What is Going back to Normal" - here's what she found :-

Have learnt a thing or two this week which i want to record for myself in case i ever get tempted by non cohen food. I had non cohen food on wednesday night I even had a glass of wine with being so sick I didnt care what i put in my mouth... but I was taught to care.

I have enjoyed no indigestion, no queasy tummy, a non-windy tummy since being on cohens and of course a flat tummy yay

....until wednesday night and boy did I feel ill for not caring ....

"never ever again" I said to my hubby as I suffered all night with a yucky tummy.

I was reading on someone else's diary that we who lose weight and feel healthy on cohens food really are allergic to what is considered normal food by todays standards and it was impressed upon me just how big a reaction I have to "normal food".

So just like my husband who is allergic to gluten nuts seeds and fruits I too will be eating this way for life. I am no longer eating to lose weight I am eating to feel healthy and the bonus is I am losing weight....
