Oooh everyone is going well!

Week Six update for me!

Goal: 12 kilos... Which would take me to my original start of refeed weight (66.3)!
Week One 4th September: 78.3
Week Two 11th September: 77.3 (-1 kilo)
Week Three 18th September: 76.4 (- .9 kilos)
Week Four 25th September: 75.3 (-1.1 kilos)
Week Five 2nd October: 74.8 (.5 kilos)
Week Six 9th October: 74.1 (.7 kilos)
Total loss: 4.2
Left to go: 7.8

Another slow week for me... Happy to have cracked 40 kilos though!! And 74 has always been a sticky weight for me... It used to be one of my goals to tick off in my signature... Not sure why I got rid of it... Meh *shrugs*

Spring Challenge
Start Weight (4th Sept): 87.2kgs
Goal: Lose 12 kilos (if not more)
Week 1 - 11th September: 86.7kgs (-.500)
Week 2 - 18th September: 85.0kgs (1.7kgs)
Week 3 - 25th September: 84.3kgs (.500grams)
Week 4 - 2nd October: 83.5kgs (.800grams)
Week 5 - 9th October: 82.4kgs (1.1kgs)

Total loss = 4.6kgs

1st goal - 10 kilos lost (done 4/3/13) 2nd goal - 20 kilos lost (done 8/4/13) 3rd goal - 30 kilos lost (done 20/5/13) 4th goal - 1/2 way through my journey - 35 kilos gone! (done 10/6/13) 5th goal - 40 kilos lost and into the 90's! (done 8/7/13) 6th goal - 50 kilos gone and in the 80's! (done 28/8/13) 7th goal - 60 kilos lost and into the 70's!! (done 13/11/13) 8th goal 70 kilos gone and in the 60's!!! Bring on refeed I say....

Hubby promised a trip to Mauritius when I reach 70kg... (will be delayed due to possible refeed (me) and rehab (hubby))

Haha, last time I said this: "Yeah Caz , Ima wanna crush something with my bare hands! I am taking tomorrow off work to help my bro pack his house, so might enjoy kicking the Sh*t outta some garbage or something....." and so I did! Not sure if it helped.

No gum for the last week and less gym - don't really think it is "helping" but I shall carry on!

No gym hasn't helped, so I went to the gym did some interval training, some abs and arms and some heavy squats and then some deadlifts - felt soooo good to throw some tin around. My butt is feeling super huge and wobbly so I figure if my losses are not helped by not attending the gym, then I had better try to tone up - feel great right now - stay tuned for the whingeing about how sore I am tomorrow - will have to get the foam roller and spikey ball out tonight I think!

Some good losses posted - I am super jelly! Good work everyone!
