Thanks for the bump - I do try and remember and its good to see it up near the top as you said - its motivation and assurance that your on the right track to a new good looking, happy, healthy and smaller you !!!!

5.4kg in the first 4 weeks. I had a bit of a rocky start but I'm in the groove now. Hopefully the 8 week result will be much better.

Great results there !! Keep 'em coming, good and/or bad.... See, we're interested in ALL results, not just "the best". By having them all logged, you can then work out how others are going, average losses, etc. etc. So, everyone, please vote if you haven't already. It'll only allow you to vote once, so you can't overdo it.

Just a big happy hushpuppy I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed... And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !! |
