Hi Jenny

What fabulous losses, well done.

it's a pity you couldn't make it to Carindale today. It was just the three of us, jeannie, Anna and me but it was good to have a natter.

Hey pretty lady! You are doing so well! 25 kilos! That's amazing I'm kinda hoping that no one in your family has a heart condition, because they are going to get such a shock when they see you!

It's great that things might slow down a little on the work front too! Less stress means more weight loss! WOOHOO!
Keep up the good work and have a wonderful week!

25kgs Jenny!!! Congratulations!!!!

You must be feeling so wonderful! Just as well you bought yourself your new handbag reward now because I don't think it'll be long before you're off for the next reward

I'm sure you will have a wonderful time at the wedding and you must be so excited to knowing that you'll be able to "unveil" yourself... I'm sure the reactions of your loved ones will be PRICELESS!!!

Congratulations on finding a new staff member too Hopefully that will make life much easier for you!

Default Week 10

WHAT THE!!!!! 2.6kg down this week......I can't wipe the smile of my face Thats amazing I don't know what I have done differently this week to get a 2.6kg loss.

I have been taking a zinc supplement the last 2 weeks...I read in another thread that Faithy had mention that zinc helps your skin adjust better and since I have had such I fast loss I might need help in that area. But surely that wouldn't have made such a huge difference.

What started out as a positive sunday last week quickly turned south to a day of bawling my eyes out......I was all geared up for the brissy meet of cohenites when I got a call from my brother, he was very upset...my mum and him had had a arguement about who he invited and didn't invite (being some of mums friends) My mum is quite agressive sometimes and my brother had had enough..he was crying to me on the phone....needless to say when you "little" brother is like that it started my waterworks....Had to do some damage controll. Rang mum....she was still angry and upset....didn't do much good with her, so I went back to bed and cried my poor little eyes out

My sister went over to my mums and did her version of damage control...must have been better then mine.....told her a few home truths etc and she and my bro made up during the week and everyone is happy again.....Thank Goodness.

On a positive not I did not deviate on Sunday which would have been a perfect excuse to pig out in my old life. I did feel slightly tempted but I decided that I would stay at home away from temptation for the whole day. It worked, so proud of myself!!!!!

So a big sorry to the brissy girls......hope you'll understand my reasoning!!!

Work this week has been great. I worked out a new roster for next year and will be having an extra day off a week...yay It also very daunting and makes you feel some what guilty, but I will work through it as I know its the right thing to do. My new team member has fitted in great he is a breath of fresh air as you might say!!!

Lullabelle Thanks for the dancing bananas!!!! They are great.

Mette Maybe that was it this week...less stress at work!!! Thanks for dropping by your a doll!!!

Lucylou Thanks for dropping by...sorry again about sunday will catch up at the next meet

Karen67 Thanks for popping in, my one wish at the wedding is to inspire my brother into action....I hope when he sees me he will think about it!!

Veronica You too will be someone elses inspiration...you made my day when you said I inspire you Thanks a bunch!!!

I do read the forum during the week and sometimes post, I just don't get time to do it all the time though so its prob still once a week for me!!!!!

Till next time

Default Week 11

I'm getting so close to double figures....don't know how to explain what it will feel like to be there.....I couldn't honestly tell you when I was last there.. probably high school.

This week was a 1.2kg loss....my lowest weekly number so far. After two huge weeks I expected this week would be a lower number, still 1.2kg is nothing to sneeze at!!!! I have also lost just over 70cm all over.

Definately in size 20's now had to buy a few things to get me through work etc....it's not easy to cut hair all day with your pants fallin down round you!!!!

Going shopping in the city today with my mum and sister for an outfit for my brothers wedding which is 2 weeks away....can't wait to see what I find!!!

Will prob get to some diaries this arvo....need to go have brekky after a sleep in and weigh in and get to shopping. Will report back this arvo!!!

Default Putting me to SHAME!!!

Hi Jenny - I can't BELIEVE how well you're doing - you are doing absolutely fantastically!!!

To be honest I can't stand looking at your results because it makes me feel very bad about my own, so I think I'm going to avoid you for a while until I get to double digits myself (by then you'll be at goal!!!)

Not to detract from how happy I am for YOU though and you totally deserve what you're getting - well done and keep up the excellent work. How exciting to have to get new clothes - yay!!!

I will report back when I've lost 11kg You think I'm kidding, but I'm not - ha!!

Seems you only just started, Jenny, and you're already down nearly 30 kgs. I'm sending some pushes to get you past the 30 kgs, and closer to double digits.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.
What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/
Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

I'm back!!! Had a huge day shopping and found myself a dress...yay!!! I haven't worn a dress in ages and guess what it's a size 18
I got it from Jaqui E....sooo happy it looks really nice just need to find a bolero/ cardy as I am not so confident in my upper arms or chicken wings as I call them!!!!!!

My mum is so proud of me which is nice, everyone we run into she boasts to them about how much I've lost and how good I look I must admit I really enjoyed shopping it will be even better when I can really walk into the normal shops and try on whatever I want. Just need my bottom half of me to catch up with the top!!!!!

Thanks everyone for reading and writing in my diary.....I can be a bit slack at writing in others diaries...I have good intentions though!!!!!

Have a great week

Great to have that support from your Mum. And a dress, and an 18 - well done. You'll be in normal shops before you know it. My sister, who started this ahead of me and has lost 35kg (I'm so proud of her) says that she loves going into normal shops and not having the assistants either looking at her as though she's a cockroach, or looking through her as though she's not there.

OMG! How awesome are you!! You've lost SOOO much weight! And you're getting close to double figures! If you keep going at this rate, you'll be done before me!

I'm sorry I haven't been by in a while, pretty lady. Not enough hours in the day. Although I do tend to use the forum to procrastinate when I don't want to do my assignments As you say: good intentions, right?

I bet you're going to look absolutely gorgeous in your new dress! I wants photos! Take good care of yourself, and keep up the amazing effort! Hope you're having a great week!

Default Week 12

I'm over halfway!!!!! so happy this week I had a 2kg drop. Really felt it in my clothes this week my 20's are getting quite loose and the bag of clothes my sister gave me are mostly 18's will soon get a work out. I just zipped up a pair of size 18 3/4 pants yesterday...I don't know where my bum has gone!!!!

This week I had some days where I was quite hungry even heard a growl out of my tummy one day.... I don't have a problem with the hunger I just tell myself that my body is moving onto other fat stores and the feeling will disappear. So I guess that may attribute to the 2 kg loss this week.

I was asking my friend that did cohens if the length of your contract is what Dr C thinks is the time it will take you to get to your goal without deviation.....she said yes....my contract is 6mths and I really thought that with 60kg to loose I would definately take longer...but at this rate I could be there!!!!!!

Is everyones contract the same length?????

Well this week will be big. I have tomorrow off as my normal RDO but plenty of things to do for the trip to Townsville for the wedding. Last monday I got a handbag and shoes to go with my dress...oh and the bolero, geez it was easier getting the shoes...I have size 11 feet and looking for strappy heels is....I mean was a nightmare!!!! My feet are quite wide and would never fit into strappy shoes...well my feet have shrunk in puffiness and I slid straight into a pair of strappy slingbacks still an 11 but I got some shoes!!!!! YAYYYYYYY!!!!!!

I will post some pics when I get back next week. I have a strategy for the 4 days up north. I have worked out that there is a shoppping centre near the hotel in townsville (we are staying at the Mercure) I will pack my kitchen scales and supplies for friday morn and then when we arrive will go straight to the nearest woolies and stock up on my saladas, fruit, tuna and yoghurt. Also found out subway is nearby and will get salads etc from them and normally you can make 2 salads out of one of their salads if they make you a big one. I can take them back to hotel and weigh them out. We will only have a tiny fridge and no cooking facilities, so this seems a good option. Then on Sunday we go back to my dads..in Home Hill an hour south of Townsville and I will be able to do my own thing there, the hardest bit will be resisting my grandmas italian cooking....the mouth waters even thinking about it.....but I'm strong and they will be very supportive....especially when they see the results so far!!!! The wedding it self is a buffet and I know I can make my meal cohen friendly and I can pick my portion size well these days so I am not to worried about that...I am not going to have anything non cohens...I'm doing so great at the moment.

Well I will check in some diaries later and will have to post my weekly loss on tuesday next week as I'm not taking my scales with me to townsville but maybe by tuesday I will be under 100kg.........YAYYYYYYY!!!

Thanks to Cocopop, AJ, Katrina, LIM, Vee, Veronica, Mette and Jenniwren you guys are great thanks for all the support it really puts a smile on my face!!!!!

I will post some minus 30kg pics later today!!!!

Have a great weekend
