You sound super organised, shell.

Penny, I admire you for what you're coping with. As you say, you're lucky to have that bit of extra time in the mornings. Yes, some women do it all the time, and I've always admired single mothers for being able to manage on their own.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.

Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

thanks jules...yep time moves on mate and it will for you too...

pretty good day, but flat out again, have only just eaten my dinner and i had lunch at 12.30....sheesh

well today was the last day of the 5 hr rule...as of tomorrow i no longer have to wait btw meals....i am so used to it that it might just happen that way..

so tomorrow i can also mix proteins so i am going to have two breakfasts...first some yogurt and then some meat and veg on a cracker...this should stave off the mid morning hunger...

i am hoping it is ok to do this, cant see why not....

I think that is ok as long as you are using that extra protein from the refeed allowance and not the original eating plan...

love feeling full...its weird though cause i just dont know what to do with myself as i have spent the last 7 months thinking about my food, when, how much, etc etc....

now i dont feel like its anywhere near as all consuming, even though it is still refeed....

god i could do with a lie down...

Too much detail about enjoyment and fullness for those of us still on the diet, Penny

Hi Pen,

I hope today has been a bit calmer for you. Far out I have trouble organising myself and Chris I don't knwo if I copuld cope working full time, managing kids and all sorts. My hat goes off to you guys.

I had a great night last night trying on clothes - there is so much great stuff that will be perfect for the Maldives, I am getting really excited. I specially love the two pairs of long wide leg pants - just perfect and a great shape. I can't get the boobs in the black and white dress which is a real shame _ i am about 6 kg off I think. Your lovely cotton wardrobe is perfect so again, thanks heaps.

Reading all of the re-feed stories made me so hungry the other night I have decided to read them while I eat dinner!!! Can't wait for a bannana smoothy! There sure looks like much more planning and now we know this program inside and out it must be a hugh culture shock.

Love to you
Daisy.

I read your post on the wine out to my husband, Penny. We both found it hilarious.

We've been invited to a wine tasting next weekend
