Just a big happy hushpuppy  I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed... And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!

Thank you for the how to add a ticker, just cant seem to update it now? I go to the user cp and choose edit signiture, click on it but it does not take me to the ticker factory?

Hi TrueMe,
As with others before you, your ticker is not yet complete. Please use the 3rd post in this thread, and it will take you step by step through the process. You have the [img part, but are missing the [url part. Thus, you can't "click on the ticker" to do an update. Oh, and you don't go to UserCP to Update your ticker. You only go there to create one. Once it is correct (like Be Light in the post before yours) you'll find you can click on your ticker to take you to the update pages. Click on Be Light's ticker and you'll see what yours SHOULD do.... Koh

I was trying to get back on the forum but cant find my old blogs, do i have to create a new account. I am Beijingpal, i was able to post a message but i cant see it in the personal diaries. Can you tell be again how to get myndiaries in the personal diaries file? My post:Hi everybody. This is Beijingpal once again. I have been out of touch for a while, hmmm yes for a while as in more than a year. I have gained back half of what i lost and i would like to do this again. But this time i am determined to make it work. I forgot the name of this site and went to the ither Cohen site. After a few days i feltnthere was something wrong because it seems like no one is around to support you. I was even looking for Koh i thought he left already. I have read a lot of the posts and loved all the information i was getting I HAD to join. Also i am hoping someone can give me some info on the signatures. I am noticing the dancing beans and the water bottles. Can someone tell me what these are about?

Some of the people with " special "signature's have been in comp's, or finishes and made it to a goal, so get to receive dancing mango's ( special ) , water bottles ,or other awards . Hope this helps...probably not

Yep the 'i love water' bottle and dancing mango are for successful being in a challenge. Staying Deviation free (being 100% on plan) for 2 weeks earns you a mango... And the water one is the same- you say how much water you will drink and do that correctly for 2 weeks and *bang* there's your water bottle for your signature!

Ok I'm ticked off with my ticker, lol. I have it looking right now (I think). It had the URL in it to start with, I deleted this but now I cant get to the update page. When I click anywhere on my ticker nothing happens. Not sure if I need to make a new one or if someone can help. I will want to update in a week or so?
Only been on here for a day and run out of things to try?? Cheers, Melissa

Chicki, when you go to the ticker website, there are options of what to copy to paste into your sig... I just kept trying them till I found the right one. haha. I'm sorrrrrry I can't help! I hate not being able to help
