I haven't reached my goal but boy am I glad that I didn't go up again. I've been having nightmares of ending up as a blimp again. |

So true Vexy. Any loss is a good loss. I think I may have hit my first plateau. Will remember to weigh next time I am at the gym.

Hi Andie,
I have that on all the zero's. It have to bite my critters until it moves over them. I get sooo frustrated sometimes, I once weighed, and cried on the scale, my dear hubbie woke immediately and sat me down with an encouraging word, bless his beautiful soul. I'm sure you've already crafted a master plan for the week . A plateau is considered a plateau after 4 weeks, just for info. Don't be dishearted, try eating veggies etc that you haven't had for a while. I don't know how you are doing it, I'm not gymming at all, I did recently start to use the stairs at the office, I'm not one for exercise at all. I think I'll die of hunger pangs on my way back from the gym.lol. Good luck, stay strong. Vexy |

I've attached my 100 day chart, is there anyone else that has something similar in use, besides a weight|measuring chart? When I started on day one it looked intimidating but as I'm filling every day with a star it became my pride and joy and also encouraging, because I've come this far. |

It is working for me, might be a bit corny but it works, I jot down my weights often in between because I weigh every day. I'm into projects and had to really refrain from putting everything on PMS! |

I reckon if it works for you Vexy then it's a great thing. I was teasing you a bit 😉 Glad you got a good sense of humor. I avoid weighing in everyday otherwise I get obsessed with the numbers.
So I set myself short term goals each month. I have a copy in my photo albums if you're interested. Hugs Andie

Thanks, lol, I have that short term list too. I did however find a nice app, called "Monitor your weight" on play store that works really well, you will be able to use it for any weight loss goal and just t track it in general as you drop, what is nice also, it works out your BMI and body fat % on your current stats, that will also update as you loose weight. Another nice feature, you can enter your planned goal date and it will work out exactly how much you should be loosing weekly, to achieve that. Just a nice to know. Mine at least shows "overweight" and not obese anymore, can't wait for the healthy/normal %. Have a great one. Vexy |
