But after you leave me all alone to refeed, I'll be all by my lonesome!!

Lost a semi-crappy 800 grams... 4.1 kilos to go (but not really as I wish to go lower!)

Lol lol lol. I have to laugh, or I will cry.

Current Weight: 54.6
Loss for previous 7 days: 0.00kg (Not surprised - seems to be the norm at the moment)
Left to goal (52kg): 2.6kg not likely to get there. Will begin refeed on the 18th of November, as long as I am still below 55.0kg.

Eeeek refeed! I am so jealous it hurts!!

I have lost a coupla hundy grams... taking me to 69.7. 3.4 or something to get to my old refeed weight.

I am broadcasting my losses as they come as of today... it's more fun this close to goal.

Still here LD?

Current Weight: 53.6
Loss for previous 7 days: 1.0kg Not sure what happened there lots of walking in Sydney, body finally let go after no loss for ever, or more refeed foods equals weight loss this time around for mcbell? Who knows???
Left to goal (52kg): 1.6kg BUT I DON'T CARE, as I piked and started refeed on Saturday!!!

Sorry to anyone who is jealous, but you will get there too!

I had a total of 17 kg to lose before being eligible for refeed, and have just lost 7 kg so far.
With 10 more kg to go, I'm really in need of some support and cheering up as the scales don't seem to be moving for the past 2 months.

Hi Firecrystals, I'm just going to write a list of questions that sprang to mind.

Do you have clinic support? What did they say?
Plateaus do happen (and drive us all nuts xxx)..have you lost anything or nothing?
Have you triple checked your plan? So, no accidental extra crispbreads etc?
Have you checked things like yoghurt to make sure there's no inulin and only 2% fat?
Are you using premixed spices...check the ingredients?
Are you drinking to little or too much water? (Too much made my weight jump up! I had to cut back to litre for a while)
Are you measuring you food completely accurately?
Do you feel ok or out of sorts?
Have you taken any medications?
Any deviations?

That's all I can think of so far...
