Hubby promised a trip to Mauritius when I reach 70kg... (will be delayed due to possible refeed (me) and rehab (hubby))
Reached lowest estimate of Spring challenge 2013 of losing 15kg on 6 November 2013. Now aiming for higher estimate of 20kg lost before end of challenge... Made the 80's on 15/11/2013

Goal: 12 kilos... Which would take me to my original start of refeed weight (66.3)!
Week One 4th September: 78.3
Week Two 11th September: 77.3 (-1 kilo)
Week Three 18th September: 76.4 (- .9 kilos)
Week Four 25th September: 75.3 (-1.1 kilos)
Week Five 2nd October: 74.8 (.5 kilos)
Week Six 9th October: 74.1 (.7 kilos)
Week Seven 16th October: 72.5 (1.6 kilos)
Week Eight 23rd October: 71.8 (.7 kilos)
Total loss: 6.5
Left to go: 5.5

So finally a good loss - it has been more than a month (!!!), and I am hoping it is due to the lemon drink I started on Tuesday or Wednesday. Yesterday and today I have sacrificed both my fruit portions to the lemon drink. I kinda feel bad for the oranges and apples I bought on Thursday when I was still eating one other portion of fruit, they are sitting there sad and alone.....

Not great but didn't drink much water over the weekend (probably trying to avoid the long drop toilets camping lol). Here's to a better week next week.

Ahh bugger Mcbell - your body really doesn't want to give up much weight at the moment does it? It must be very frustrating for you! Keep on keeping on - you must be so close to refeed weight now. Maybe it needs to do refeed to give itself a little kick in the pants?

Thanks Em - I am thinking this might exactly be the case. Am trying to pretend it is not bothering me, because I don't want to hold onto weight due to stress....and loling about the fact that I told JulieD to start refeed and she could always go back on plan if she wasn't happy at the end.........but hypocrite mcbell doesn't want to have to do that

Yep, will do refeed when I get back from Australia, as long as the scales are saying 55 or less. Then will see what happens from there!
