Check in for this week - 12.6 to go. Back to my approx average loss of 800gr for the week. Really don't know what else to do to speed it up so I just continue to enjoy the journey.

Yah! My first post in this thread.

Weight this morning - 82.5kg - a loss of 1.4kg this week

I tend to have two 1kg+ weeks in a row and then two <1kg weeks around TOM.
This coming week is the first of my <1kg weeks so next Monday might not be so good. It all evens out over the month so I don't get too stressed about it now. Do enjoy those fast weeks though.

Wow - what an exciting week

We have our 2nd graduate - Well Fit - with 9.3kg left heading over to the 10kg club. Can't send you off without a star

Our Big star of this week tho is:
Divine Paradise with a loss of 1.8kg

We are also welcoming 2 new members who now qualify to join us.

McPsych (18.3kg) & Cathbug (19.5kg)

I will be MOST surprised if we don't lose at least 2 more members next week

Amouge only has 700gr before she graduates with Lets Get Started hot on her heels with 1kg left. Also CJaye has no scales for weighing this week but at the pace she is setting, she is also a likely contender.

So the final figures posted this week are:-

Well Fit 9.3kg (GRADUATED!)
Amouge 10.7kg
LetsGetStarted 11 kg
Mum Chum 12.6kg
CJaye 13.5kg? (As per last week - no scales so can't tell)
Panda 14kg (Next week could be your week for the STAR?)
Divine Paradise 14.6kg
McPsych 18.3kg (Welcome but I'm not sure if anyone else will get the star with you in here - unfortunately I only know how to do pink ones tho)
Cathbug 19.5kg. Welcome to you as well.

Much and all as we like people joining us in here, we really hope they don't stay too long lol. We are happy to perform graduating ceremonies and hope no one stays here any longer than necessary.

Onwards and downwards - and see you all next week - smaller than ever!

But MC

What will happen when you graduate in a week or two? Will MPsych take over? And I won't leave without you, we are joined in the 3 legged race. Besides, I'm stalled again, so maybe I will be begging you to wait for me....

We'll get there my friend. I know it. And don't forget NZ, we know where we can get a nice hot bath!!!

LOL - can't wait - but my average is about 800gr per week so will be about 3 weeks probably.
Its OK Am - I'll catch you at the finish line so don't wait - or better yet - one of these weeks I just might catch up. Also my weight range is 55 - 58kg from Dr Cohen, so if I moved it to 57 I would be closer lol. Weight watchers had given me 55 as a goal so I thought I would go for that. I'll move it when I get to needing refeed.

Wow - I've been off the forum for a while and can't believe how well everyone is doing! And look at you McPsych.... all very exciting and I'll need to get my skates on to catch up.

My weigh in this week is 84 kgs so I am down 2 this week, with 12 kgs to go. I'm working hard to get to the 10 kgs or less club and hope I get the star this week mumchum!

Hello people! Everyone is right on track and doing so well!

I weighed in at 68.6kg this morning, a loss of 1 kg over the week. I have been told that 68kg for me could be a plateau weight because that was my last known lightest weight ever (back in 1999). But I know that as long as I keep doing 100% Cohens it will be the right way.

Hi

81.6kg today. That's a 900g loss which I'm quite pleased with because this has been one of my TOM slow weeks.

67.6 (loss 300gms)

I have to admit, I am really feeling OVER THIS. I am so sick of the snail's pace losses. Sorry MC, dragging the chain...

Hi FF - thanks for your visit. Nice to know we aren't forgotten lol

Star of the week this week goes to.........
Drum roll
PANDA -
2kg down for the week. Well done!
Followed VERY closely by McPhysc at 1.9kg
(Sorry about the pink star - don't know how to change the clolour)

C-Jaye has to come up with a great loss next week - when she finds her scales again. She's been soooo busy shopping tho - I'm envious - and I've never been a shopper till now. (Probably pop off to the 10kg club when she finds them).

So the final figures posted this week are:-

Amouge 10.6kg (Hope thats right - took it from your ticker)
LetsGetStarted 11 kg (Didn't post this week?)
Mum Chum 11.6kg
Panda 12kg (Do that 2kg again & you will graduate next week)
CJaye 13.5kg? (As per last week - no scales so can't tell)
Divine Paradise 13.6kg
McPsych 16.4kg
Cathbug 18.6kg.

I must say it is nice to see that we are all heading in the downward direction. Some slower than others - but the main thing is its DOWN!!!! (And we slow ones are doing all we know to do - I blame it on our age lol) (We CAN do this AM - we are getting SO close to that next club).

Onwards & downwards - and looking forward to even smaller people posting next week.
