Re: SHOW PONIES RACE TO THE FINISH LINE
I will write a PM to Shell to see if she wants to rethink her decision. Bibabs, one of the reasons i put up the 100% deviation free rule idea is the other sprint you are in has a line with number of days deviation free and i did see that Shell and you have been many days FREE but i do think the personal discipline here helps all recommit to the original agreement signed with Dr Cohen to stick to the rules of the program 100% etc. Also, most of the show ponies on here have been 100% or very close to it anyway so it gives this thread a distinction - and keeps it for people wanting to push themselves harder to the end! Now as for those % calculations, too early in the morning for me! Hows about once a week, every Tuesday, SMS or Penny or other volunteer cna work out the % after i post the results! Any takers? Gotta go, be back on AFTER gym, mid morning! |

Re: SHOW PONIES RACE TO THE FINISH LINE
maybe I am experiencing my first plateau???? This will be a new experience for me weighing daily as normally I am unaware if the scales are moving down. For example, yesterday I might have been plateauingbut felt skinny as the cm were probably shifting.
Anyway - I woke up this moring very excited about weighing in and I really do thiik that this sprint and daily weigh in will keep me right on track tilll the end and beyong... emma

Re: SHOW PONIES RACE TO THE FINISH LINE
Sorry girls I may need to pull out of the race
I am flying off to Brissy for the next week and I don't think I will be able to have a completely deviation free week. I should be able to be strict with myself but not regimented like I am at home Good luck to all I will be watching you LJ

Re: SHOW PONIES RACE TO THE FINISH LINE
SHOW PONIES SPRINT TO THE FINISH LINE
STARTED TUESDAY 19 FEBRUARY 2008 Well folks, i have to say i spent a wee bit of time on WORD and made up a pretty table and pasted it over here! Nup, didnt work! Took out all my alignment! So dont have any more time so just a quick daily update, will update Bibabs when it comes in! Cheers ya 'all! NAME 2 DAY TOTAL LOST GRAMS Irene Nil SMS 400g Emma Still feels skinny but scales not accurate? Penny 600g (will put you at the TOP tomorrow Pen!) Hexi 300g Nelle Nil Bibabs Nil BEYONDS Pandora 500g Sharon 300g So once again we have Pen in the lead! What a filly that one is! But dont despair all you "stayed the same-ers" it will be your turn to lose weight tomorrow and some others may well stay the same! We all know when we stick to the PPP (perfect and precise plan !) the weight loss is inevitable! Sorry to see LJ and Shell leave the race and we can keep a close eye on their progress in their diaries! As for the % thingey, i think i understand it now but why not leave that number for Tuesday as it may well make a difference to the WINNER OF THE WEEK, someone may win by % rather than grams alone! Excitement builds! |

Re: SHOW PONIES RACE TO THE FINISH LINE
Good to hear from you Bibabs, the scales gods will probably stop by your place tomorrow!
Hey Hexi, did Pen tell you she paid a visit to the Deviators Confessional (DC)! Yes, all that powerball dreaming is going to Pen's head! But Pen you are busted, i am on to you! : No more posting in the DC - even IF you were only talking about wine this time - only LURKING behind the scences allowed for Show Ponies! And as you KNOW Pen, what you wishful think about, talk about, explain about, comes about alway, there are NO exceptions! so Show Ponies unite, only positive thoughts, positive words, positive actions will get you to that finish line at the speed of light! Talking about what you dont want to do (i.e. deviate) may seem to help cos you are "only human" but the Law of Attraction (universe) is impartial - it will bring you whatever you focus on, with 100% certainty. So Thursdays Show Pony lecture almost over - the trick to changing ANYTHING you prefer different in your life (i.e. FAT) is to shift the locus of your attention from what you dont want (= on perpectual creation) to what you do want, over and over and over and over and that is how you transform your entire life. Simple formula but most people miss the point! So ponies, keep seeing yourself step on the scales at YOUR GOAL WEIGHT NOW, dont wait until then! You create into the future with a lag time so NOW is the time to see yourself already there, on refeed or even beyond, what are you wearing, what are people saying to you, imagine the comments and congrats on the forum, create your dream now BEFORE it happens! I did and i truly AM living my dream, loving life, having it all, it works! Come join me theres lots of space in dreams come alive land! Woohoo! |

Re: SHOW PONIES RACE TO THE FINISH LINE
Thanks for the invite to this challenge Hexi2, just a question though, can I still join in as of Monday?? reason being that although this whole week I have been going at it 100% DF, it is my Birthday on Saturday and while I intend to be very, very, good, my girlfriends are taking me out to lunch and hubby organising a suprise for dinner so it will be a bit of a struggle to stay DF?
No hiccups after that, so would like to have the motivation from here?? let me know, cheers Swannee |
