Thanks for the other nice words etc. I only have beard as I had a fat face - and looked like a boof head more so with a beard. That photo is after 8 weeks and I have lost a fair bit from my face - getting back tot he old me look I think - can't remember its that long ago and as I don't shave I don't look in the mirror at me much any more - I won't be buying budgie smugglers - no swimming in the billabong for me anyway some sheep stealing bloke jumped in one (a billabong) once and drowned just as the coppers got there. Don't want that to happen - especially in a pair of budgie smugglers - if I woke up I'd be embarrassed. Alls good - just home for lunch and must get going - have to see a bloke 130 ks from town this afternoon at some stage if it doesn't rain.

don't worry too much it was a storm in a tea cup - 4 mills - dust gone - and all over - by the radar its headed east and all over.

Great job on the weight loss to date! I too was PMSL at your aversion to swimming in billabongs and why but I dont know how to copy it here, anyway you know what I mean. Best to stay away from billabongs anyway, I hear Bunyips live in them!

Magenta - you and your drop bears - many years ago I was in a boat in a glow worm cave in New Zealand with a football team - when that very subject came up and we all started to giggle like girls - the boat nearly fell over and the glow worms turned off - I still start to laugh every time I hear it. We all nearly got shot by the chaperones that were looking after us - had to run behind the bus for about 2 hrs to appease the powers that be.
MamaK - your Dad must be a champion like you - you're doing all right to Willow - just hope you don't have to watch the grass um lawn grow - what a job !!!!!
Damble you just hang on and you too will soon be racing to the finish - I still have a fair way to go and I just love it - my kind of stuff - no bull dust in the program just good old common sense with a strong commitment and challenge to body, soul and mind - a a big dash of good spirit from this forum by all who put fingers to keyboard make it a winning formula. I have had a wonderful day and its been a buzz.

I am off to Roma for a big concert they are having for country people tomorrow - forecast of 38 and storms so don't know how long we'll last - Lee Kernagan, Leo Sayer, Sunny cowgirls and others. So it'll be a Tuesday weigh in if at all might leave it until the following Monday - all else well and still %100.

I havent been big on posting in ppl diaries but have been reading them. Ive now decided to come out of my shell a bit (a confidence thing for me I think) and start posting. I have to say thanks to you for all your kind words and support in my diary which has really made me think about me, my Cohens journey, my life and life in general.
