Talking Re: 4 week 5kg challenge anyone? 14/4-5/5/15

Hi all you beautiful people!

I've been lazing around and decided to surf around for body shape advice for buying clothes. I figured that I will be definitely be a different body shape, I'm still glancing at sizes that I used to be .

Check out http://www.shopyourshape.com/body-shapes/. interesting enough, there are a bit more to it than the traditional apple/pear that we all (older folkes) are accustomed to.

Will for sure have a look at it when I'm done and on goal weight.

Just a note there are sites specifically for men's body shapes too.

Have a nice one.

Can't wait to weigh myself tomorrow, I've been really focussed.

Remember to send in your progress.

Vexy

Hi All. It is almost an official plateau. If I don't have any movement on the scales by the end of this week I'm going to cry. I am working hard on being super strict, will have to get more serious methinks!

Hi Andie,

Sorry dear, just hang in there, I hope you have some good news today! Plateaus is exceptionally hard, I know, this is the "championship rounds" as they would say in boxing. You need to be even more determined than ever not to give in.

I was stuck a few weeks ago myself, I realised that I ate too soon, and that if I drink loads of water after 2pm my body is not disposing properly of it.

I also changed my lunch meal to the smallest meal of the day for a few days and it proved to be successful as I dropped more than 3kgs that week.

I started this week off, doing it again as I only managed to drop 1kg this week and I want to loose more than only that per week. Ohhhhh aaargh and the water is such a problem for me now! Winter is here and I struggle a lot, but I've started to drink luke warm water, that helps me, I cant be chilled inside out....

I really hope that some of this might help you.

Let us know how you are doing.

Vexy

Morning

Where is everyone? How is the weight loss doing?

I've lost 2.7kgs this week, the one kilo curse broken. My new weight 79.0.

I have officially 9kgs left before re-feed, 28.8kgs total loss since the 3rd of March I'm also today 4 months (to the Monday) on the diet, I gave myself 6 months, it looks like I will reach that goal

Hope to hear from you all.

Have a good week.

Hi Guys

Sorry you didn't hear from me, BUT..... I deviated. A lot. I am so so so soooo ashamed. I cheated 2 weekends ago, and thought I was going to get back on track last week Monday. I tried and tried, but everyday I gave in. I did get motivation and pulled my self together and started yesterday again, weighted myself and everything.

Everything went well till 2 hours ago. I was so hungry, and was so board I didn't think it through and just ate other stuff again. Freeken again!!!!! I cant believe it. I don't know how im going to get my head back in cohen. How the hell am I going to start again??? I cant control myself. If I started, I can not stop. I'm scared its cohen doing it to me, because last time I finished cohen I also couldn't eat right the whole week and only cheat on weekends, that's why I picked everything up and more. Im so so so scared that if I would be able to get on track again that afterwards its going to be the same as when I ended the last time and know after I cheated. I know I must just get my head together, but its easer said than done. I have said that words so many times to myself. I don't know what to do anymore, I am so lost. Worst of all I want to be thin on our holiday when we go in September for our first anniversary and want to get my body in shape because we want to try for a baby end of the year. All of this is also working on my nerves and the more I think of it that I wont be able to get that body soon enough the more I want to eat.

Im sorry but I need to get all this stuff out. I just want to cry and cry.....

Hi

Sorry to hear that, please go to www.mindoverplatter.com I found some good insights there. Read the articles in the archive section.

You need to think about what you want most, and do you want it that much to change. Avoid things that trigger your cheats and plan your meals.

I don't even take my purse to work so I don't have that option, as we have a canteen in our building.

It is not the diet that should be scaring you, as soon as you realise that you need to change and that you want to change you will be good to go.

The program is fool proof but you need to be serious about it for it to work. Unfortunately weight management after the diet start in the kitchen and with what you are putting into your body.

I hope that you see this message as positive reinforcement and that it will help you.

Good Luck

Vexy
